Most of the staff were great. The CNA's were fantastic as well as all the nurses. The administrative staff make checking in and out easy.
The only two issues I have is the food and the Nurse Practitioner that works for Dr Yates. The Nurse Practitioner is in the wrong field or the wrong job. She has a nasty attitude, unprofessional, uncaring, rude, nasty personality and thinks she's God's gift to medicine. I would not want her taking care of my pet. She needs to be fired! Most of the food looked and smelled awful. The beef stew looks like the dog food Gravy Train.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. It is disgusting here. There are roaches and rats and have been for years. There are very few nurses and CNAs that arn't lazy and half-a** everything. Procedures are rarely followed and causes things to spread around. Residents have been mistreated. The building is old and falling apart. You're better of taking your loved ones somewhere else.

This is a wonderful place. All of the residents that I speak to on a weekly and sometime daily basis, always have good things to say about it. The employees that work there are great people,some have been there for a very long time and know all the patients very well. My mother has recently been admitted to this facility and as to this day she has received phenomenal care. I am so far pleased with the care she is receiving from every one of the staff members from the nurses , CNA, therapists I could not have made a Better choice in a place to care for my precious mother.
