When I first called I talked to John directly and decided to hire him for my case. After the first talk with him I was never able to reach him again; only to reach his assistant (who obviously had no clue what she was doing). She claimed that he had been working on my case and had done “a lot of work”. On it and could not get a refund. In the end I had to hire a different lawyer to fix what he did…

I received a speeding ticket, and had concerns as to how it could impact my insurance, and even my license. I reached out to Mr. Kitchin late on a Friday afternoon, and in 60 seconds, he explained my options, with NO pressure as to what to do. By SATURDAY morning, I received documentation of my payment and our agreement. Within 4 business days, he had met with the prosecuting attorney, and provided me with directions as to how to pay my amended ticket online. I never left my desk. He was amazing, and it was all handled by telephone. He communicated every step with me by way of email. He is bright

My only complaint is communication could be a bit better. It wasn't horrible, thus still the five star rating, just that i didn't get a response after sending an email with a question pertaining to my case, and had to leave a second message. Again, not a big deal, but that's the point of doing these, to relay your entire experience.
John was always courteous, professional, knowledgeable and confident without ever giving false optimism.
All in all, I'd use them again if needed, and would send friends/family to them also. Thanks for the help guys.

Very quick to respond. Cost was very reasonable. Ticket was quickly dropped to a non moving violation, without any court appearances and resulted with no points added to my record. John Kitchin was very professional and always made sure to not just email me back to address any questions or concerns I had, he also followed that up with a phone call to ensure that I understood.

Kitchen Law did a great job for my husband! John was able to get the chemical revocation dismissed at trial and my husband got his driver’s license back six months earlier than expected.
