I had initially contacted this firm to get information. They were extremely helpful and efficient in the beginning, but it quickly turned pushy (multiple phone calls per day, pressuring me to quickly sign their paperwork without giving me a chance to truly review it). When I called to ask a question, the person was rude, kept repeating herself and not listening to what I was saying, and then immediately sent me an email saying they wouldn’t take my case. Their fees are higher than industry standard, too.
