UPDATE: On top of being condescending and rude, they are also liars. Their reply implies that I had called several times. This is an outright lie. This was the very first conversation we had with Triple K about our gate and patio. Had Keith simply stated to us what the person who submitted a reply below stated, we would have thanked him for his professional advice and gone with a different route. I noticed there are several complaints about the same guy who is unbelievably the owner. Either we are all liars or this company is. Good luck to anyone who chooses to trust this company.

The fence is sturdy and of great quality. No issues with the actual fence, however, I have an issue with the job that was done and how they resolved my issue. “Things happen”, is the response I got when they cut my cable line leaving me without internet and cable. I work from home and this leaves me without being able to work. I was told, “You should have a business account”. They did contact Verizon for me but they will not be out for another 2 days and on a Saturday in which I have plans. There was no effort made to reduce the cost as I am significantly inconvenienced and out of work

Fence companies seem to only have mostly bad reviews, so I was skeptical during my search for a fence builder. After months of driving past neighborhoods and looking at fences, one of the Triple K fences caught my eye. My experience with Triple K from initial contact through install was truly better than expected! They were quick to respond to all of my questions, provide me with an estimate, and visit the site to go over the details. Installers arrived on time each day and did quality work. Materials used were good and there was minimal impact to my yard. Thanks for the great service!

We Just wanted to give our experience with Triple K Fencing. We had an appointment scheduled for today at noon. We specifically told them (as we did the other fence companies that have given us estimates) that we have dogs and to please call us when they're on their way. They said they would. I left work three hours early, I arrived home at 11:45. Walking up to the front door, I saw they had come & gone, leaving their business card in the door. We had not gotten a phone call (like they agreed to do) and when I got inside, I discovered my poor dog had panicked and destroyed one of our blinds

We had our orginal fence put up 15 years ago. Called for repairs in March...
you have to pay the entire amount before they set up a start date. Finally repaired gate in May. One month later same problem, couldn't open gate. I just got a pretty gate. (and it is not that pretty!)Keith told me he would come out and look. SOMEONE moved the latch, I was at home door open but they did not let me know they were there. No knock, or doorbell ring. Wood is bowed, split, uneven, boards touching in places, gaps in others, they tore up my paved driveway replacing boards

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The fence they built us is gorgeous! The craftsmanship is superb! Not to mention the price was very affordable! We even had an issue with property lines and they worked around us without missing a beat. They ended up having to add another line of fencing, and what would have taken weeks because of Covid, took them less than 24hrs to work around. The crew was on time every single day, cleaned up after themselves and Korey went out of his way to come out here to address whatever issues we had. Would definitely recommend! Excellent customer

I just got my fence installed by Triple-K. I was very pleased with their work. I had 4 quotes and they had the best price for what I wanted. Kory (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) was very prompt on getting me a quote and getting me all setup. The installation was fast and the people working were pretty easy to deal with. They knew exactly what I wanted. I saw most of the installation and they didn't cut any corner or had any issues during it. It took them a day to complete everything. Payments were done in two installments and I had no issues. Definitely recommend this company

Triple K put in my neighbor's fence. Before signing the HOA paper work for the fence, my neighbor spoke to Triple K. He asked if Triple K could change the location of the gate on our trash bin because it interferes with the location of the fence they wanted to install. After being assured they could change the gate, we signed the paperwork. The day the workers arrived to put up the fence, my husband went and spoke to the Forman who quoted a price to us to change the gate location. We accepted the price and he said he would do it after completing the fence. What was a two day job, ended

Price was great, installation was great, follow up customer service was awful and nonexistent. They put off my requests for repairs long enough that now my 2 year warranty just expired. Having to replace multiple panels, and you can tell this isn't going to last very long. Even the panels I'm not replacing have warped and you can see light all the way down my fence line. We no longer have the privacy we paid extra for. The gate has warped and it's a struggle to open or close it. I have attached just a few pictures, just about every panel all the way down shows gapping and spacing

Triple K replaced our 20 year old fencing. Our salesperson, Corey, came out and gave us lots of material options, price options, and information. I also got four additional estimates(2 small local companies, 2 large companies)talked with numerous people, and researched different companies online. We chose the white vinyl fencing. Triple K was the best and cheapest.
They scheduled everything perfectly. The crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and installed the fencing in two days. That included taking down and hauling away hundreds of feet of old fencing!

If I could give zero stars I would. They put up my fence six months ago. The gate has warped and never closed. They won't come out to fix it. Now they won't even talk to me. I've had my fence less than five months. And now it's falling apart. It's the worst customer service. The people are on friendly. Will not help me. Save your money. Go with someone better. Someone who cares about what they do. Cares about the products they put in people's homes.

We utilized Triple K for a wood fence and 5 years later, I am having to spend over $10,000 dollars to have it replaced. The workmanship is sloppy and every company that I have had come out has stated as such. I spent over $10,000 getting the fence and I would have thought is would have lasted a bit longer. I would not recommend this company to any homeowner. Beware Beware Beware

Triple K offered up the cheapest quote, and I got exactly what I paid for. My fence panel is warped, both gates are having difficulty opening and closing and latching. I've called repeatedly and explained that as a young widow of a Marine who selflessly served our country that I do not have someone at home to repair their sloppy work. However, they apparently have poor business practice and have yet to literally mend their fence. I would not recommend this company.

We ended up spending a good amount of money for a privacy fence, and it turned out great for the most part, except for one part: the gate.
The main reason why I give them one star is because their customer service is just filled with attitude. I gave them a call to have the gate fixed to how I would like it but the conversation was filled with attitude in the end. You'd figure most companies would fix the problem just to satisfy their customers but this company did not handle this situation well at all.
