I had called and scheduled an appointment. I took PTO for the appointment, and then showed up at my scheduled time. The clinic was not even open at the time. Someone not from the eye clinic checked the schedule, I was not ever listed on it. Things happen, so I reached out to reschedule. I left a message to resolve, explaining what happened, no response at all. Called again, got voicemail. Basic customer service would have been to at least call me back.

Dr. Damlo does a great job taking care of all my vision needs, from a change in prescription to answering all my questions and concerns! I appreciate the use of the latest technology, the “Optomap” is a great machine getting a more detailed look of the inside of the eye! Jon does a great job getting patients ready to see the doctor, answering all the business and appointment questions! They are very clean and organized, and take pride in taking care of their patients!

I had an eye exam in January 2019 at Affinity Eye Care, within the Burnsville Costco store. Unfortunately they are not part of Costco, because I would feel much more confident my complaint would be resolved. They offer an $84.00 eye exam, however, they billed my insurance $214.00. My insurance gives me an allotted amount of money for my exam and glasses. When I complained to Affinity, that my husband got an $84.00 exam, why was mine $214.00, they replied, it is noted on one of the forms you signed, it states that the $84.00 cost is if you pay upfront, but if they bill your insurance, the cost can

These guys here are just so great. Dr Damlo is fantastic and the receptionist John is so friendly and helpful. Both my spouse and I have been coming here for a few years and they do such great work and are very affordable! Purchasing glasses and or prescription sunglasses are super affordable too and lots of time have specials for two pairs!
