THIS is the place you want to go for yoga if you are in Breck - especially if you want Yin yoga. We took one class here and one at Bhava Yoga. No comparison. Meta is far superior. Meta’s studio has a much more relaxing vibe and the class was wonderful. Instructor had a nice, calming voice and presence and she was amazing at instruction. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in town.

The Frisco Meta Hot Yoga Studio is a wonderful place if you are feeling a chill with the change of seasons. The instructors are caring and professional, welcoming all levels of yoga and encouraging everyone to modify at their own level.

Best experience I did while on my visit. Kimberly is an amazing instructor. The scenery is so beautiful and lovely, they have the best spot for yoga on the water. No experience needed. Loved it, definitely worth trying.

I am so grateful to have found MetaYoga in Breckinridge a few years back. The owners are incredible people and teachers, and their staff is amazing. I love their yin class taught by Kimberly in particular as it helps me restore my body, mind, heart and spirit. Now that I am back in Florida I can take their virtual classes.

The instructor, cheese, was warm and welcoming.
The studio was very cold...I had to keep my socks on for most of it the ground was also very uneven and hard so I had to adjust often. Also wish they had some mirrors to check my form. But glad they had mats and blocks available.

The owner was a bit unwelcoming, especially as a yogi, I felt uncomfortable around her.

I’m new to Meta, and currently participating in their 30 day challenge! I purchased a one month unlimited pass ( great value ) to inspire myself to get back into yoga after a long quarantine hiatus. I feel really safe in the studio, they have the floor blocked off into nine large squares, and the classes are capped. Everyone does a great job wearing masks and it’s not a problem at all. The staff bleaches the floor after every class and opens the doors to get some fresh air.. I’ve taken classes with Leslie, Kimberly, Melinda and Emily - thus far - and everyone’s unique styles are great!

We loved Kat! I planned a Bachelorette party recently in Breckinridge and set up a private yoga session for the guests at the house we rented. Kat came with everything we needed, provided all our mats, and even helped us arrange the room. She also had this great playlist that really helped set the vibe for the session.

We had varying levels of experience in the room, from a couple yogis that practice daily - to a couple ladies who had never tried yoga before in their lives. Kat made everyone feel comfortable, encouraged, and like there were options for every level.

Most of all, we just loved

Just in town for a week visiting family. I really needed a gentle practice to work out the kinks from my flight. My mom suggested we hit Meta. The practice--especially the breath work was just what I needed. Thank you Kimberly and Leslie! If you're in town for a visit, this is place for you!

The teachers and owners at Meta Yoga stand by their community and are devoted to holding a safe & inspiring place for learning and growing. What stands out to me the most is the studio has the largest variety of classes with very knowledgeable teachers who truly care about providing the best experience to each student who walks into the studio. As a YTT student through Meta, I really appreciate the structure of the training that brings in experts of each topic to allow for the most well-rounded learning. The combination of the community, teachers, quality classes and stunning views leaves me feeling

Ultimate relaxation. Took my first class tonight (the 6PM hip opener class). My hamstrings and hips feel so much better! This class is similar to yin yoga (holding poses for longer amounts of time) with a focus on hips, lower back and hamstrings. Highly suggest taking class here, especially if you typically do high intensity workouts.

Other items worth noting:
1) really clean
2) friendly staff

Can't wait to come back!

Had a great class here while in town visiting and would definitely go back again. There were mats available to borrow which was helpful. My only issue was with the space itself - You have to exit the building and go downstairs for the bathroom, and there is no waiting area/ the yoga room is open to the whole place. This means you have to wait outside until the class before you is done.

I completed the 200 Yoga Teacher Training with Meta Yoga Studios this past February and loved it completely. I fell in love with every instructor and the lessons each instructor taught. Every lesson was unique as it was essential and it never felt like a waist of time. I am so grateful for everyone at Meta who helped build this program for us. It shows that so much effort and love was put forth into the training. Every lesson just flowed so nicely into the next lesson, which made the information easier to digest. I could go on and on about how great this studio is, but I will end here and say Thank

Great yoga studio and instructors with a view of the mountains. I visited after suffering with tight calves and sciatica from hiking. Mel and Samantha's classes great! Power Core and Vinyasa weren't heated but they have heated classes too. Check it out!

I love Meta Yoga Studios! As a yoga teacher, I am pretty picky when it comes to selecting studios and teachers for my own practice. Meta Yoga teachers not only have deep knowledge of yoga, but they also have positive and encouraging spirits! I have taken both teacher training and classes from them - and my experiences in both have been great. I also love the multitude of offerings Meta Yoga has - from SUP classes to workshops to 300 hour teacher training.

$20 for an out of town drop in and mat rental. The Prana yoga class I took with Mike was pretty challenging for a beginner. I actually ended up throwing my back out because the end of the class seemed to be a mad dash to muscle into a difficult Bird of Paradise pose that one of the more advanced practitioners asked for at the beginning of class... The instructor kept going on weird rants about the yoga industry and scene... ummmm ok? Over all decent studio despite it being really hot inside around 4pm and no bathroom in the studio. I'm guessing that the punch passes give you a better idea

I was visiting for the weekend and took Kelly's class, which was held off site at Breckenridge Distillery and we practiced in the bourbon barrel room. The "Sip & Stretch" program is offered every 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, starting in June. We had a blast stretching it out as a group. It was light-hearted, fun and perfect for beginners. The cost was $35 and included a drink, 25% off brunch and a few other bonuses. It definitely added an unique element to my vacation. Thanks Kelly!

This place is awesome! I love love love it.
Visiting Breckenridge for a few weeks and got the one week pass! Totally worth it, so many different classes, including hot yoga (which for me is warm yoga considering I'm from Florida). I've attended 2 classes a day each day now, one at noon (more intense class) and one in the evening (more relaxing, restorative , or yin). All of them have been different! EJ and Doc are the teachers that stood out for me so far.
Studio is beautiful and unique. Great decoration, atmosphere, and merchandise.
Thank you!
