We had Lamont as our driver! I would 100% recommend him!! He was great! He was funny, friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for better service. Also dealt with Dan when booking and he was great as well. This was the smoothest thing we planned for our week in Vegas and it went way beyond our expectations especially after a long week of things going wrong.

They completely forgot my reservation and the booking process took 4 days back and forth calls and emails. I had to wait 30 min at the airport looking for my ride. This was not a great start to my trip. The complaint number doesn’t even work…When they remembered they sent an suv instead of a limo. A cab would’ve been better than this whole headache what a drag.

I am the type of customer and business person who writes when I receive really great service and write when I receive really bad service. Both travel transportation sections of Viator and Vegas VIP provided the most unprofessional, unorganized, untrustworthy and now I find out pretty over priced service. DO NOT BOOK…. DO NOT TRUST Viator or Vegas VIP Limousine.

Can't thank Manny (our Vegas connect), Marvin and the entire Vegas VIP Limousine team for all their dedication and help with our G6 Vegas Holiday Weekend plans! These guys were incredible, they were on time for service to our events, and assisted us from beginning to end with all of our group plans to enjoy Vegas to the fullest. Their party limos rocked -- they were comfortable, roomy and allowed us to accommodate all of our guests. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about sites to visit, nightlife, places to go, and we enjoyed our time in Vegas. We would definitely take advantage of this

Horrible! Stay away! Worse service. We arranged for this company to pick us up and take us to a wedding through the hotel. But when they arrived, the driver said he couldn't take us because the location was too far! We provided all the information ahead of time so no idea where communication broke down. I am the officiant for the wedding and after pleading with the driver for 20 minutes, it was clear that taking a Lyft was a better option. Stay away from this horrible company!!!

This is my first time using Vegas VIP Limousine (VIP) and all of the guests in my party LOVED the service that Gary our driver provided during our 4 hour party on the streets of Vegas! And, although the service was fantastic, the main reason I reserved with VIP was due to their Dodge Challenger Stretch Limo that was totally stylin' and made us the main attraction no matter where we went on and off the strip. The Challenger limo was pure muscle complete with Dodge inspired interior all the way to the custom exhaust that had heads turning as we rumbled down the road. Overall, I would recommend

Thank you so much for providing such an awesome party bus for our girls night out. The driver was very nice and helpful, he was with us all night and protected our belongings. inside decoration was quite like a nightclub, we brought our own campaign and partied while watching neon lights of Las Vegas.
We stopped at Vegas welcome sign and took some photos as well, best of all, we paid individually with our credit cards and it was very affordable. recommended

Ride in style.. we booked a nightlife package with VIP limousine, we were picked up from Cosmopolitan Hotel withh their giant SUV limo, it was a like a mobile nightclub! the driver was nice a polite and gave us inside information about clubs.. we went to a nightclub and later gentlemens' club and great time. Our belongings were safe and secure inside the vehicle, we were also allowed to bring our own drinks.. so party never got interrupted. A+

I was planning our family gathering and needed a comfortable and affordable transportation. I looked up online and saw most companies offer limos which can accommodate up to 14 people max. I saw this vip limo company and called them up for a large group reservation, their fleet was perfect for groups up to 40 people. I booked their batman limousine and the night was smooth, the driver was very polite and the price was reasonable, will use them again.
