I have read the reviews of this management company and many others. People can be cruel not realizing that although yes, they manage your property, they can have days where staff doesn't show up or paperwork is missing or many other things that can happen and go wrong. We have had them manage our property for almost 9 years now. There have been experiences, both not so good and then excellent. Not knowing all the rules, people try to self manage. That can lead to a disaster with legalities. Also, not knowing full extent of what you can and cannot do is critical to being a Board member. Remember

Wish I could give zero stars. This company needs to be reported to the BBB for dishonest business management. Extremely unprofessional. Wearing flip flops and tank top to meet with paying clients! Doesn’t return phone calls or emails.
If you want anything done or looking for a property management company that follows the law, don’t use Palm Beach Property Management.

It was our HOA's biggest mistake allowing Mickey and Palm Beach Property Management to get involved with managing our community. Working directly with only one member of the HOA to railroad and bully their way into getting what Mickie's objectives are. Just one example is that my wife who is on the board of directors has made MULTIPLE calls and emails to try to bring it to Mickie's attention that our properties front gate has not been working and has been open for several weeks
