I have been renting a home through Landmark for 15 months. They are so attentive, kind, professional. One example of many: I called them today that my cooler wasn’t working, exactly one hour later, a new pump was installed and on with my life!

Jeremy is very professional with his job as a landlord , I would recommend this place to anyone in need of rentals , he has actually been one of my best landlords I've ever had & when soemthing needs repair he has his handy men come quick and fix the problem! 👍 I would definitely rent from this company ! .
Hector diaz properties are nice and clean and are not ghetto they actually take very well care of there properties and tenants.!

I went with this company a few years back, the process coming in was standard. Inspection you get to 2-3 days to fully write out issues with the house. Which means nothing. Any issues that may pop up you will have to pay for, no matter how minor. Caused bathroom towel rod to break, they repositioned it, horribly. Loose and yep gotta pay $75. Had a leak from rain, it came through a bedroom window, that was $200. Of course upon leaving they go through and everything from the inspection is now on you to pay. So I didn't get back my deposit, in fact they demanded more money from me. This is not our

Jeremy and the entire staff are friendly and very helpful when issues might arise. They keep the properties maintained with a hard working crew. Any problems I've had with the property, maintenance or financial, have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Communication is key and have been treated with a caring response each time. Great company!
