Realtor sat on our listing without ever coming over once to present our home to buyers. He once said, "We don't want to appear desperate". He had no sense of urgency until we request to remove the listing. Suddenly we got more appointments but the less serious ones. I requested an open house in the beginning, he didn't think it was necessary because "it will sell". He overpromised and didn't deliver. We've experienced better agents. He wanted us to keep the listing for 6 months because he said it will look bad if we remove the listing. Of course, so

We were very happy with our experience buying a home with Frank and Juan. They really went above and beyond to provide helpful advice. I felt like they had our backs; they didn't push us into anything and even pointed out defects in the homes to make sure we knew what we were getting. It was obvious that they really cared about getting us a good deal and wanted us to be happy with the outcome -- and we are! Kristian Chervenock was the buyers' agent for a house we were selling. The bank was unbelievably slow at getting things done, especially ordering the appraisal on which the sale was dependent. Although this was not Mr. Chervenock's fault, his approach was ineffective and lazy. He used email instead of phonecalls to contact them. Everyone knows that many people simply ignore emails. So this was an ineffective as well as lazy method of trying to move things along. Then when the sale was almost done, we asked that the agents contact the propane company to arrange that we get reimbursed
