Services
Invisalign use a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you. These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic that you wear over your teeth. There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. Lingual braces are placed on the back of your teeth, and are therefore virtually invisible to other people.
Your first visit with us consists of a orthodontic evaluation and a discussion of potential orthodontic solutions. Our goal is for you to have a good understanding of your specific orthodontic needs, the treatment options available to you, and the payment options offered. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I feel compelled to do so bc she ruined my children's teeth and charged outrageously to top it off! I wished I pursued a legal course, but chose not to bc another ortho took on my case to fix and treat my children's teeth correctly. I see by reviews, I'm not alone! My insurance puts a cap on out of pocket $3250 for ortho treatment , this clinic is one of the in-network provider and close to my house so I scheduled a consultation. I was quoted more than $4000 out of pocket which is ridiculous, I called back insurance and they confirmed me that the maximum clinic can charge me is $3250, the rest they can claim from insurance. This is a very dishonest place, definitely over priced for the work!

I took my 10 year old son to this "so-called" orthodontist, Dr. Chang at 19280 Stevens Creek Blvd. She was completely un-professional and rude beyond belief. I will not hire an orthodontist, or an accountant, or even a gardner who displays this level of arrogance, entitlement and disrespect for the patients and their families. It seems that she schedules multiple patients in the same time slot in order to maximize her revenue and profit. As a result, she does not have the bandwidith or mental capacity needed to properly attend to patients.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Chang!!! Our older son had such a Great experience with her and the office team that now our younger son is being treated by her! She is so caring and helpful. Her staff is super sweet and always kind. We would HIGHLY recommend her office!! I love how we are never waiting more then 5 minutes each time we come in, today we went in 15 minutes early and she took him right away!!! We LOVE, LOVE her office!!

Dr. Chang is a fabulous orthodontist! My 14 year old is almost at the end of her treatment. Dr. Chang has great customer care, is timely with appointments and maintains a professional staff and beautiful, clean, comfortable orthodontic office. I am very impressed with her. She is kind and gentle with my daughter and provides thorough explanations to me following every appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone that is looking for quality orthodontic care!!

Came here for ortho consult. Paid $30 where as the other 3 places that I went to offered free consults (and took pics etc) I'm currently debating to use Delta HMO or PPO that my employer offers. This place was contracted with Delta HMO but there's an additional 1K that's added to my quote. "Records" I was told, for pics xrays, study model etc. I called DeltaCare and asked what's included under the plan and apparently study models and panos are covered. There are some svcs that aren't covered but I don't think it should add up to 1K..

Met Dr. Chang at DK Dental when she joined DK as a temp orthodontist while running her own practice in Cupertino.
Her own practice in Cupertino is heaven while DK Dental is a complete 'Screw and Drill You' place.
This Cupertino location has new equipment for X-ray, dentist chair, etc...
Dr. Chang is very detailed and patience. She is friendly with both kids and adult.
The best part is that she doesn't pack appointments; therefore minimum waiting time.
In many places, you always have to wait for another 10-20mins past your appointment time as they packed too many patients

Dr. Chang was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I came in for an initial consultation and decided to go with Invisalign treatment. I am a few months into my treatment plan and so far I am very pleased with results. Not only is Dr. Chang a great orthodontist, but she is also very personable and courteous.
