Waiting over 3 weeks and still waiting to get the diabetic medications they prescribed me. The pharmacy told me they left messages and called several times during the day and no one will call them back from the Dr.’s office. I went up several times to let them know what the pharmacy said they said they will call them. I called the pharmacy again and they told me the same thing. I called the dr office again and this time they told me that the pharmacy was calling during business hours and didn’t have time to call them back. I told the physician asst that I’m out of my meds and have been waiting

On yesterday December 6th I was having a lot of unbearable pain and chills so I decided to let my OBGYN know at my week to take out my staples from my csection. They were anything but helpful unfortunately and told me I would have to go to the hospital for more pain meds bc they had to be sent electronically.
Thank God for Integrity Family Healthcare who actually listened because they care. They know that practicing medicine is more than sticking to a schedule and performing routine check ups that are task driven. The staff careful questioned me and ran every test nessaccary.

This woman is phenomenal ! I have never experienced such personal care from a Dr.. From the first day I met her she has personalized my medical attention. For a minute she did not accept my insurance, so I paid for my office visits and paid for insurance as well. Because I did not trust anyone else. Phenomenal!!!!!

My daughter is a new patient, I started out very impressed with this office, as time has gone by in the last few months the experience has been not so good, the communication between the patients and doctors are horrible,
I subject the Doctors make sure the patients understand why any meds are given and the reasons for it and example how to take it, as for as the front desk staff, very professional, my daughter wanted a female doctor so we searched and found Dr. Legall and she likes her so far, but for me I am not impressed. Hopefully as time goes by something will change my mind...

When I chose this office as my primary care doctor in 2019 it was nothing but positive experiences. I called on 6/7 to book an appointment for yesterday 6/15 for an annual checkup that included bloodwork. Everything was good until I got into the office and find that no one is there to actually do the bloodwork. There was no phone call made to let me know they wouldn’t be able to do it that day because I would have rescheduled if they had called. I understand things happen but at bare minimum plan and have the common courtesy to call your patients.

Ever since I chose Integrity Family Health (Dr. Legall) as my PCP, I've had a horrible experience. They never respond, decline appointment requests, and never follow through with what they say they're going to do. I've been waiting for a call to schedule an appointment for labs since December. Even after calling and texting for an update, I still receive no response. It's really disappointing to me. I do not recommend this practice.

Taking nearly three weeks to produce prescriptions and turn over labs and the office expects the patient have patience. and then have phones going to vm so I had to show up in person. The labs were eventually sent to me electronically, but the P.A. said I had to make another appt to get them. That office is dead wrong. And dont think that the three week turnover is just because of Covid. Thats the status quo. The last few times Ive gotten prescriptions, this is how long its takes. There is no integrity or accountability. The business name is a lie. If you're wondering

Dr. Legall is the most caring and personable doctor I have ever dealt with. My husband, who hates going to the doctor, will only deal with doctor Legall. I'm so happy we've found her, she's been a huge blessing to us.
