DeFranco Landscaping is comprised of design professionals, including a Certified Nursery Landscape Professional and Landscape Architects. Our foreman on our hardscaping crews are certified by ICPI, the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute. Many of our professionals and foremen are also trained in Erosion Sediment & Control Training, since many of our projects are close to the lake and require that no sediment leaves our construction sites.

He also owns an engineering consulting business: Anthony W. DeFranco, PE-Consulting Engineer, which focuses on site design, stormwater management design, permitting and engineered septic systems.

DeFranco Landscaping is a full-service professional landscaping and property management company. Established in 1984, DeFranco Landscaping, Inc. focuses on using a natural approach to landscaping. We take our work seriously around the lake. Whether you're looking for a new garden, patio or water feature, we will bring your vision to life and help you maintain your home for years to come.
Our crews construct very attractive patios, walkways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens and lakeshore accesses. Our hardscaping crews look just like any other construction crew except they have also been trained in I.C.P.I. techniques (Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute). Some of our favorite products of choice are locally quarried natural granite and quartzite stone, bluestone and concrete pavers.
Our company can take your dream to reality. We typically start with a conceptual landscape design for your property and then collaborate with you to make sure you are happy with the product before it gets built. We can then obtain the necessary permits and approvals to construct the project. Design work and project coordination can be time consuming and time is money.
Our maintenance and gardening staff can provide spring clean-ups, mulching of beds, shrub and flower bed maintenance, lawn maintenance and fall clean-ups. Weekly or bi-weekly weeding, pruning, irrigation repair, low voltage lighting, aeration, thatching can also be provided. We can also offer winter house checking, ice-eater installation and snow plowing & ice management.
DeFranco Landscaping has extensive experience designing and constructing attractive ponds and water features. Our koi pond and waterfall, dispersing upwards of 32,000 gallons per hour, can be seen at Blue Water Manor Resort in Bolton Landing. We specialize in working on shorefront restorations along lakes typically with new house construction or remodeling.
