Bioidentical hormones may be custom-compounded to match each patient's unique needs and body chemistry, as opposed to the "one-size-fits-all" approach that is typically used with off-the-shelf hormone medications. While we primarily focus on compounding bioidentical hormone replacement therapies (cBHRT), Women's International Pharmacy also offers over-the-counter supplement options.
Bioidentical Hormone Therapy is the process of restoring and maintaining hormone balance with hormones that are biologically identical to hormones produced by the human body. Bioidentical hormones have been available and used in hormone treatments for decades. They can be custom compounded to match each patient's unique needs and body chemistry, instead of the "one size fits all" approach used with off-the-shelf hormones.

It is very rare for my monthly prescription to be filled and delivered on time automatically. It is invariably late unless I call and get them to expedite shipping. I know the name of the manager, Elmer, by heart. This has been going on well before Covid. I'm giving an extra star because they are courteous about their shortcomings, but they get an absolute F on performance.

Love getting my compounded medication on time every month. I've been getting my prescription from WIP for over three years and have always been pleased with the attention to detail of my script, along with texts alerting me that my prescription is ready. Highly recommend!
They also have a great digital newsletter that I receive, which has a lot of helpful information regarding compounded hormones.

We have been ordering my wife's medication for a couple of years, and from a business perspective, it seems WIP needs to either hire more help or hire smarter help. At least half the time, her medication is delayed for some reason.
So my wife asks the doctor to give her a 90 day supply in an effort to mitigate running out, and the order was placed as usual. After not receiving it for a week, my wife calls and the pharmacy tells her, "yes, it is here and ready in the back"... so frustrating! They offer to send it FedEx overnight as a "courtesy", and guess what - it still has yet to be delivered

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and have continually had issues with them getting the prescriptions correct and shipped properly to me.
The latest has caused me to find another pharmacy.
Due to their incompetence and lack of follow through on their commitments I am now without the pills I need and they say there is nothing they can do.
It is extremely extremely rare that I post a review about anything on the Internet but I felt strongly that others need to know they should stay away from this pharmacy. If it was an isolated incident I would not write a review but I’ve had multiple

I am extremely disappointed!!! I was told on Friday, July 5,2019 that my NatureThroid would be shipped FedEx with next day delivery (guaranteed Monday, July 8, 2019) for an additional $32.50. I called at 4:15pm ET on Monday and was told it had been shipped and I would receive it before 8pm. I received a text message from FedEx at 7:08pm ET stating delivery rescheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Who is refunding the $32.50 since delivery was late? I’m certain I should not hold my breath expecting that as I’m sure I’ll suffocate before I receive that reimbursement! First, the doctors office

I have used your services for my mom, my sister and myself for many, many years for different prescriptions and I have no complaints. I love the customer service, love that I can have medication compounded and love that it is so easy. Don’t even have to drive anywhere. Would never go anywhere else for my meds. Thank you.

I have used this Pharmacy for years and it just keeps getting worse. It takes forever to talk to a person, the refill requests never make it to the doctor, it takes them DAYS to do something as simple as transferring a prescription, and so much more. I may never get my prescription. But hey, who needs thyroid medication? It’s not like I need it for my body to function. Looking for a new pharmacy...

Keep looking for other pharmacies for NatureThroid. There's a serious historical issue with deliveries and customer service. They said they sent a shipment that I never received, told me I would not be reimbursed (which I get to some extent), so I asked if we can get verification of the delivery from FedEx and the tech said 'it was delivered'. Verification from FedEx requires the FedEx account # in addition to tracking but the tech would not give me that saying it was delivered. I asked for it to be redelivered and said I'd pay for overnight delivery, the tech said it would take 5 days to send

I am very upset. This is the second time. That Woman’s International has screwed up on my shipping. I confirmed it at least twice on the phone and once through a text. Both of these times they sent the medication to my summer address in MN. So I feel with all of the temperature changes and it specifically says to store at room temperature. From freezing weather to all kinds of different temp changes in the delivery. I want new medication. Sent to me. This is very bad customer service.
