Another niche in the hotel business is capturing the Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvahs being held in our local communities. This has been an often neglected, and potentially highly profitable, event group across the United States. This report will research packages available at your competitive hotels for these major life milestone events.
The catering report will detail the catering department of your competitive hotels. We can include everything from Food and Beverage minimums to attendee minimums. You may request any of your own criteria. A typical report will include specific menu items such as the price for coffee per the gallon, continental, buffet, and plated breakfast, average costs for morning and afternoon meeting breaks.
The Restaurant Report is equivalent to the catering shop, but instead, we list the hotel's restaurant names, meal descriptions, and prices. A typical report will include specific menu items such as coffee by the cup, various beverage options, continental, buffet (if available), and plated breakfast options with details and pricing.
The Wedding Shop is very similar to a group shop. You still need to provide your own criteria, and we stick to that information. Each competitor hotel is shopped for pricing on everything from meeting and sleeping room rental, food and beverage minimums, to any audio-visual needs that are expressed.
Extended Stay reports are done very different than competitive rate surveys. Our agent will call the hotel directly and ask for availability on the date that you have designated. We tell the reservationists that we are not exactly sure how long we will need to stay and that would like to get an idea of the possible charges for various stay lengths.
