Robin is an excellent hostess and great cook. The location works well for many areas in Tacoma and surrounding areas. The house and rooms are fabulous.

An enjoyable stay in a beautiful stately home. My room/restroom was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The hostess was accommodating, engaging, and a great cook! Such a great experience, I booked another stay in February.

Loved it. The house is lovely, clean, and in great shape. It was comfortable and relaxing. Robin and family are delightful. The breakfasts were fantastic. Highly recommend, looking forward to our next visit.

It was our 33rd Aniversary and we found a room at the Branch Colonial House and it was awesome. Our host was fantastic and the accommodation were wonderful. Breakfast was also great. Have booked another stay in October.

My husband and I came for my birthday, we stayed 1 night in the Cedar Room.
We both absolutely loved our time here, and so plan to come again!
What a Beautiful house. We so enjoyed the front porch sitting out in the evening night by the pit . Robin our hostess was fabulous!
We enjoyed our delicious breakfast, the large tub was extremely relaxing.
I so recommend this Bed and Breakfast, and I believe you will enjoy yourself as well!
Oh, the bed was so comfortable, Oh Yes, we will be back again! Thank you Robin!

What an amazing weekend. We arrived to an open friendly atmosphere where our host immediately made us feel welcomed. The rooms were beautiful with an authentic decor and our breakfast was comparative to any upscale restaurant. We will return again and again.

Wonderful!! I was made very comfortable and Robin (owner) could not be nicer and more friendly. It appears she is able to read her clients and engages in what her guests want. House is amazing and she makes you feel cozy and yet independent. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to all. It is very close to the University of Puget Sound Campus, and close to the very "Cool" Proctor St. with its shops and restaurants.
