As the director of Advance, I am grateful to share with you my reflections on the ever-changing environment we support. At Advance, we feel all children have individual worth and potential. We strongly believe that our diverse culture enriches our community and promotes acceptance and empathy. Because we believe each child is born with unique gifts, we daily encourage our students to achieve their highest potential.
We focus on self-confidence, effort and determination as these are the first skills needed to develop a successful individual. We lovingly try to provide social, emotional and relational support as children need to feel safe before they can learn. We respect and believe that the family is the most important part of the child's development.

Advance Preschool Inc. was established in 1999 as an Early Childhood learning facility within the Hoffman Estates community. Our philosophy was developed combining a diverse set of principals taken from the Illinois State guidelines for Early Childhood Education, the guiding principles for Early Childhood and a combination of recognized curriculum.
The first weeks at Advance Preschool, Inc. will be an adjustment period for both you and your child. Some children adjust to a group setting without any difficulty while others will cry and cling to you. Some children will become unusually quiet and will not join in activities. Other children may become overstimulated and act out aggressively.
See us as children. We are not small adults, but very young humans who are growing, blossoming, just beginning to know ourselves. We will only have this beginning once. Please treat us with care. Help us to feel safe. There are so many scary things on TV and sometimes grownups talk a lot about people hurting each other.

A few nice teachers, mostly spanish, some staff don’t speak English. Nasty daycare the kids are sick all the time. They have a bucket of shoe covers next to the baby room but nobody wears them, not even the owner when she walks through, yet they have the babies all over the floor. Wouldn’t recommend for young babies
