The process of building a home requires close partnership with the builder. From our experience, Bella was responsive and attentive to all of our questions and requests.
For this meeting, we ask our clients to prepare a "wish list" containing specifics of the house that they want to build, in addition to other considerations including neighborhood or lot size. We want to have a thorough understanding of what you are looking for in your new home. After we have a general idea as to the scope of work of the new construction, our focus turns to the lot acquisition.

I built my custom home in Vienna with Bella Home Design. The process of building a home requires close partnership with the builder. From our experience, Bella was responsive and attentive to all of our questions and requests. They have a keen eye for quality and uphold the highest of construction standards. Our final product was a combination of the both parties input and we are extremely pleased to be living in our dream home. Bella was a great partner for us throughout the construction journey.

Marco and Bella Home Design were very responsive, quick, and courteous. They completed the work they were contracted for ahead of time and under budget. The floors are beautiful. When we learned subsequently of some unexpected issues, Marco and his company quickly responded and fixed the issues to our satisfaction. We recommend Marco and Bella Home Design for anyone who wants quality flooring at a reasonable price.

The quote process went fine. However, on the day of install, I received a call that the materials had not come in. They wanted to rip out my carpet that day anyway since they had the guys scheduled. Thankfully, I said no (b/c who knows how long I would have no flooring until the materials come in). It was about 2 weeks later before the materials finally arrived. Had to take a second day off work for the actual install. They were about 1/3 of the way into the install, when I noticed that they weren't gluing the flooring as we had agreed.
