At this time we are only catering to parties of a minimum of 30 people, of course, that is not etched in stone. These are popular menus to guide you. I prefer to have a conversation to discuss what it is you are wanting, if you do not see it here that does not mean we can not produce it. We have a team that is available on all occasions.
For added variety, you can choose 2 different entrees with a minimum of 15 people to complete the 30 orders requested. These are some great comfort food dishes with a little Latin twist, they are very popular. These are the most popular basic dishes. There are more options we can discuss for appetizers, soups, and different dishes that we can create.
These options were designed to create great tasting dishes with some alternative ingredients and healthier cooking methods. Our three meal options are packaged family style. Ideal for corporate drop off lunches. Ordering requirements may take some time to adjust to but please remember we are shopping, chopping, stirring and creating just for you.
This guideline is so there are no unexpected charges. When we are ready to go forward all costs will have been discussed. We look forward to making this a special day! We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the date and if applicable an additional 30% a month out and the remainder within 72 hours of our service.
