They run the shuttles at Impact and apparently we got on the wrong one taking us to a lot really far from our car. The driver was so ridiculously rude. He refused to take us to our car even though no one else was on the shuttle. He then said we had to wait to even get back to the church. Worst of all was his curt answers. I certainly hope the church changes vendors or they remove this driver. Nothing like a Grinch after church the week of Christmas.

This past weekend we hired The Driver Provider to transport our daughters Sedona wedding party from the pickup spot, to the wedding location, and back to the pickup/drop-off spot. 2 days prior to the wedding we were informed that the 30 passenger bus was out of commission but that they would provide 2 15 passenger vans instead at no additional cost. This ended up being a blessing in disguise because the grooms family and the 2nd van were both 15mins late. Had great experience with The Driver Provider - we were looking for transportation for our family to our daughter's wedding. Got quite a few quotes that were pretty outrageous. All we wanted is to be driven round trip from Desert Ridge/Scottsdale area to the venue in Mesa & back home. I was so glad to find the company that took great care of us, the price was very reasonable, the vehicle was clean, driver professional & on time with great communication skills.

Was quoted $259 a week ago for one way ride from PHX airport to a hotel in Sedona. They email me tonight wanting to charge $537 instead for the same ride in a black town car. Some kind of nonsense about billing “garage to garage.” I travel often and have used many premium car services in many different cities, and I’ve never been fed this erroneous charging.

The representative… was knowledgeable, quick and clear over the phone and the driver was very professional and helped with luggage and all other requests. We rode to and from airport in Jackson Wyoming with Driver Provider. Bob Sanford was THE best!!! Had him on the way to snake river Lodge and he was so friendly giving info about where to eat and what yo see. We had to contact him later about a potential missing item. Such a nice guy. On the way back, the driver took us sightseeing and even… took our picture. Unfortunately, can’t recall the second driver’s name, but he was just as great as Bob. We highly recommend and will use your service next time we go to Jackson Hole, hopefully soon!!!

We recently moved 30 people between the Four Seasons and Bar North in Kierland, and then shuttled 100 plus back and forth between the 4S and Troon North the following night. While I don't often write reviews, I'm compelled to do so now. Ace showed up early on both nights, in clean equipment that was nicely air conditioned. He couldn't have been more pleasant, was on task at all times, and anticipated any and all of our needs. I see some of the negative reports here and can assure you that in our case this organization not only did everything they said they would, they did everything

We booked Driver Provider to shuttle relatives between their hotel and our daughter's wedding venue. Mary J. was a delight to work with on the phone and instilled confidence in me. The driver, Richard, was polite and helpful -- one family member asked for a step stool for the return trip and he brought it. All of them said it went smoothly, and mostly they were very happy they didn't have to drive. I highly recommend.

I inquired with them for shuttle service for our wedding. They responded after our initial email. Then there was a period of 6-8 months before we decided to book. Emailed them 3 times. Unfortunately we never received any response even after trying to email a specific personnel and their general email. Even if they couldn't accommodate, I think we should have at least received a response.

We used them for our wedding. Making the reservation was easy. Person on the other end was great to work with. Answered all our questions.
The driver showed up right on time which was great. However it seemed he was a little more "out of it" then we were. He asked us to configure his new gps on his phone. And then went to drive off with the trunk open. Very odd behavior.
Would have rather gone with an über for the price. Better luck with your driver!

Wow! What a great company! We used them for a fun night out for the kiddos. We arranged for their party bus to take our litle ones to a Disney concert. The air went out on the bus and they could not have been more apologetic and accomdating. They had a mobile repair unit out to repair the AC before the concert was over. They called me the next day to apoligize and were unbelievable in settling our account. I was really impressed. I assumed I would need to call them to discuss the billing but they called first thing in the morning and were so gracious and truly sorry. The ride home was
