Saved the day! I was vacationing in Jackson, WY and unfortunately was going to get stuck on an extended stay due to weather. While I would love to stay in Jackson I had to get back to San Francisco. The owner explained that I could possibly get rebooked out of Salt Lake City. I called United and sure enough they could get me there. Our driver was in a very nice 2016 Suburban with top of the line snow tires. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire trip even though the snow was coming down hard and the roads were snow packed. I will definitely call then again!
