0 professionalism and little to no communication from either lawyer or secretary. Always left things until last minute and wouldn't inform client about anything, but did make time pressure us to pay before he was even done with case, that's the only thing they try or care about. Dont waste your money or time cause even after they get paid they dont do their job.

Years ago I had a workers comp case I brought to them with a rotator cuff injury. The original owner unfortunately died in a plane crash in the middle of my case. Apparently mr. Nearman was busy in the transformation to the new head guy there and from what I gathered, had no time to deal with my case. months and months go by and I get a call from him that I'd be in treated as a nuisance case and was offered $1,000. at this point I realized that I had been completely let down and took the money.
