Awful experience, they took way too long for a regular cleaning. I was literally in there for three hours just for a basic cleaning. They lied to me saying my insurance covered my xrays. They hyped me up saying why not, your insurance covers xrays. The only reason I took xrays was because the head receptionist was so adamant my insurance was great and would cover it. Two weeks later she calls to tell me they dont cover it so I had to pay out of pocket. When your playing with someone's money, don't be making mistakes like that especially after explicitly hyping me up saying insurance would cover

Have been going to Crossroads Dental Care for a couple years now. From Dr. Tan to the the hygienists to the front desk, it has been a good experience each time. Also, parking is easy, appts have always started on time, and my smile is healthy with wonderful encouragement and insight at each cleaning.

Dr. Tan has been my dentist since 2000. I started seeing him when he was at Western Dental in the East Bay, a very large dental practice. When he left there, I did a Google search to track him down and got his contact info, from of all places, a real estate listing for property he was selling. Dr. Tan has taken care of my dental needs for the past 17 years with great skill. He's extremely thorough and a perfectionist. He does not rush. Yet, he's also very practical and dispenses common sense advice. He also made sure I had enough novacaine so I didn't experience a lot of pain

I had a very good experience. Although i had to return a few times to fix the issue, each time the doctor was patient and willing to fix the problem. He did not charge me each time, determined to fix it until it was relieved.
The rest of the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating.
I'm grateful to have found a reliable and trustworthy dentist locally.

I've been coming here for years now. The staff here are really nice and are amazing at what they do. They are always willing to compromise with scheduling appointments and accept post dated payments which is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders since i don't have to call in for it to be debited from my account.
They do accept payment plans which is half now and half in 2 weeks which if you have insurance shouldn't be too much of a problem but Being a girl in her early 20's with enough bills to pay, sometimes feels like a bit much, but it's not something I personally can

I've been coming to Dr. Tan for several years now and highly recommend him. The first thing he did for me was a crown (that my original dentist couldn't do) on a cracked upper tooth with a difficult root canal. I asked him to save the tooth because I didn't want an implant and he did. Since then he's done fillings and work as needed and always checks my bite carefully to make sure the crown is still in good shape. He'll make recommendations about things I need but let's me prioritize what I can afford without pressure. Recently I thought I'd cracked the crown

I love front desk lady rosa!! Lily the assistant is great def knows what shes doing. The new Dr to help dr tan on weekends is good she's fast and great at numbing hardly felt anything at all....the only part i hated was the cavitron during the cleaning was painful cause my teeth is super sensitive i pefer hand scaling next time ill mention it LOL not her fault I got sensitive teeth LOL

Been coming back to this office now for a couple of years. Still finding a professional comfort level of service . Dr. Tan is still very patient with my needs and he's very good about taking good care of my mouth. As a result no issues and great healthy mouth, thank you Dr. Tan!
