I went in kind of late at 6 pm and the lady who ho did them first was in such a rush to leave. I was fed up and just wanted to leave because I wasn’t happy with my nails. But the owner fixed them and made them look perfect and gave me an extra discount. It showed great customer service and how much he really cares about his business! I love them! best my nails have looked. Really enjoyed the second part of my experience.

I needed my nails done same day as my flight to Florida was that same night and my girl bailed on me last minute. Not only did they schedule me same day but they exceeded my expectations. This isn't the first time Bombshell has been there for me same day, they are accommodating and so helpful. I changed my mind probably 18 times on the design and the tech was so patient and sweet. Not only that, all the staff are very attentive and care, carry good conversation and it doesn't go unnoticed. Highly suggest this nail spa to anyone looking.

After over 2 years of searching...I believe I have found my nail salon. I had a wonderful first time experience this morning with Rachel. Awesome deluxe pedi. Super cute gel mani. Staff was friendly which is a huge plus. Nothing like being in a place receiving a service and everyone is frowning. This was not the case. And the music!! I was singing and bobbing my head the entire time. Just great overall ambiance. Can't wait to return next month. Thanks for giving me happy fingers and toes once again Bombshell!!

Disappointed from the services I received. They are nice but the gel manicure didn't last more than 7 days before it started chipping. My husband bought a gift card for $120.00. I spent almost all of that for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Unfortunately for me, I had some money left over on my gift card and when it went past the 90 days I called to see if they would still honor it and they stated no. Why not?? I understand there is an expiration date for a reason but during a time like this with COVID I wasn't able to come in before the date since I got sick and had to quarantine. I called

I recently moved to henderson and have been trying to find a new go-to nail studio. bombshell was the second studio i went to. i would not recommend going there.
not sure what the lady's name was that did my nails (i either didn't ask or simply can't remember), but she was definitely older. her energy was cold, and she hurt my nails so bad when she was removing my dip manicure. she also filed down my actual nail, so all of my nails are extremely weak. my dip also completely lifted on the top layer? she also didn't do a clear base coat of the dip--she started with color which

I'm new to the area and saw great reviews for this nail salon but I should've been more specific about the technician. I had Lexi do my dip powder and she is a super sweet girl but her technique needs work. The surface/top coat of all of my nails is very uneven and patchy. I always file my own nails to my desired shape before getting them done but after she filed the dip powder my nails look blunted and some are even lopsided.
I did ask her to fix one and she very nicely obliged but it came out the same way so I didn't want to ask to fix the rest. I really want to reiterate that

I tried this place out about 6+ months ago and was unfortunately displeased. The man who did my nails (who no longer works there) did a horrendous job on my acrylics.

I moved out here in 2019 from Orange County, CA and finding a decent nail salon in Las Vegas/Henderson is like finding a needle in a haystack. The reviews were so great for this salon I just had to try again. It had to be a fluke to walk out of here looking like a child did your mani lol.

I've been coming to see Tiana every 3 weeks for a gel pedi and mani since October 2019. I came to her the first time for my wedding and she did a gorgeous ombré dip - it was perfect. When I came back from my honeymoon she did one in black and red that was show stopping too. (Pic included)
It's a lovely salon and all of the people here are super nice. Tiana is so patient with me always. (I'm not the easiest person to give a pedicure to.) I highly recommend this salon.

I am sitting here as we speak in my zen spot and I wanted to write my review while I'm appreciating myself and miss Nancy for being so kind and gentle.
I walked in with no appointment and they took me right in and I'm so thankful because I really needed it... :( the young lady at the front was very nice but the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of Nancy.
Normally when I go somewhere I'm nervous so I talk a lot but I've just had a rough month of moving and carting kids and all the stuff (I won't go into my sob party) but anyways life ya know just life ,

Acetone poured all over my legs!!
Four years later I decided to give this place another chance. I thought for sure it would be better based on the star rating. When I made the appointment I was very specific about needing a good pedicure. The woman they scheduled me with was not a good representation of their business and someone I would suggest when I customer is concerned about the quality. She gave me the most painful pedicure and kept filing my skin with the buffer and drill. At the end she poured acetone on my legs then started putting lotion on. The last time I got my nails done was before the pandemic started (December 2019), and I left that place with several bloody cuticles due to the nail artist slipping while preparing my nails for the polish (which stung on the wounds!). Before that, my experiences in other salons weren't much better.

I wish I could give five stars because I had high hopes. Making a reservation was so easy and I didn't have to wait a single minute to get in. It's in a decent location which makes it easy to stop by if you're running errands. It's a pretty big place compared to most nail salons and very inviting.
My gel manicure was a little disappointing. She did the exact design I asked for which I was so grateful for but it didn't last more than two days and it wasn't very clean looking. The lines along my skin were bumpy. I was really happy with the colors and design though

Some days a girls just needs some pampering. I feel so relaxed after my appointment. Lina did my pedicure and my feet feel and look amazing! Li did my nails and took his time sculpting them and making sure they were all the same length and dimension. Lina was at the station next to me working on new nail designs and techniques. I believe the salon owner was there showing her some ideas. They clearly have a passion for what they do.

This was me and my fiances first time visiting the salon and it was Exactly what my we were looking for welcoming, friendly staff, the salon was very clean, well organized and all of the staff were very professional and paid attention to every detail we wanted done. My nails came out beautiful and was beyond my expectations. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic! I came here on a quick search with my friend and love it. They have gel, regular, sns, chrome, mood colors, and more. It clean! And the nail techs are very friendly. Oh and many speak English. Bonus! The music is very fun and they like to change it up. Dude! And the massage I got was first rate.
