The Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada, Inc., Child Care Development Fund Program (ITCN CCDF) aims to build strong relationships with Tribal communities, Child Care Providers, and families, to promote and encourage safe, healthy, nurturing and high-quality learning environments for all American Indian/Alaska Native children in Nevada. We offer support, resources, and assist families with the cost of child care in order to help limit the barriers that parents seeking high-quality care for their children are faced with.
Services
Our goal is to increase the availability, affordability, and quality of child care services available for Native American families. To determine if your family may be eligible, please view the Sliding Fee Scale NEVADA 20-22. The Sliding Fee Scale NEVADA 20-22 is based on the family's average monthly net income and family size.
Inter-Tribal Child Care of Nevada Child Care Development Fund strives to maintain the importance of providing high-quality learning environments for all American Indian/Alaska Native children in Nevada. ITCN CCDF also emphasizes the opportunity for educators to consider when planning curriculum and experiences for all children, to respectfully teach about Indigenous cultures.
