Watch Me Grow Child Care Center is a licensed and nationally accredited child care center located in North Las Vegas. Our child development center is for children between six weeks and 12 years of age. When you sign up for one of our infant care, toddler care, or preschool classes, you can rest assured that your child is getting the individual attention they need to grow and thrive.
Watch Me Grow in North Las Vegas is dedicated to the education and growth of young children!. As a parent myself, when I considered purchasing this facility I thought of my past experiences with child care centers. I saw a need for a center that was safe, had low child to teacher ratios, provided a clean environment, had longevity and stability in staffing, was affordable, and had the ability to serve the entire family (children ages 6 weeks to 12 years).
Every one of our professional child development center personnel are trained an certified in National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), ensuring that no matter who's on duty when your child is here, they're in good hands. We are dedicated to providing your child with a safe and fun learning environment, emphasizing early childhood education and enrichment all while providing a dedicated child development center facility.
At Watch Me Grow Child Development Center in North Las Vegas, we believe that keeping your children in their appropriate age groups is necessary for their individual growth and development. I'm so grateful that I found this daycare. My daughter was 8 months old when she started here and as a new mom I was terrified. When I first toured the facility I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and I was happy to see the facility was clean and well maintained. I love that they have a daily report that lets you know what your child is doing throughout the day and they also have phones in each of the classrooms where you can call your child or their teacher if you need to. The director and staff are great. They did a great job keeping the daycare open during the pandemic while maintaining safe protocols. Monthly communication with their menu changes and learning curriculum is a great way to have open communication between the teachers and parents. Would highly recommend this location.

The first few weeks were so hard!! My child acted like she was being tortured and I just wasn't happy and the director of the daycare was so understanding and the stuff were so patient. I literally almost pulled her out, I gave notice and they were willing to waive all fees, they just wanted my child to be where she felt comfortable. I stuck it out because how nice and understanding they are and how they pull up cameras whenever you ask. Anyways long story short she stayed and she loved her friends and the staff!! && I love the staff

I love this daycare! I had to put my son in daycare at 15 weeks old to go back to work and as a new parent, I had my reservations, but all of the teachers here are great and put me at ease. They answered all of my new parent questions. Ms. Brittany put me at ease in a lot of questions and concerns I had as a new parent. All of the teachers here are attentive and care for my son very well. He's been here for 2 years now and has learned his ABCs,counting to 20 and now starting to potty train. Our son is 6 1/2 years old and has been attending Watch Me Grow since he was 7 weeks old. We are absolutely satisfied with the level of care he receives. His very first teacher, Ms. Helen, is still there along with so many others he's had throughout the years. It really says something about a company when they don't have a high turnover rate. We are extremely pleased with their facility!

My 5 year old has been attending Watch Me Grow since she was 15 months. I was very nervous putting my baby in daycare. I looked at all the schools in the area. All were very good. But the staff here made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions, no matter how dumb, with respect. I've also known Ms. Helen (baby room) since my older kids (20 & 17) were itty bitty. I trust Ms. Helen with my kids, any day. My daughter has made so many friends here and will be sad when Kindergarten starts (we won't need daycare). We enrolled our little boy in 2017 when he was two...he's now 4 yrs old and we dread the day we have to pull him out! This daycare has been the best thing to happen to our family as far as childcare! He has learned so much and the staff has been nothing short of amazing! They're hours, along with providing children with their snacks and lunches puts them leaps and bounds above other daycares. We have been using this day care for a long time. We first used it for our son when he was a newborn. He was there for almost a year before we moved away because of the military. We finally had the chance to come back to Las Vegas and had an extra kid. This was the only child care center that we wanted to place her in because they made such a good impression on us 9 years ago. My daughter wants to go there everyday, even on the weekends. They have helped her become social even during these trying times and always take the proper precautions I'm glad to see that they take care of all the children

Honestly, one star is the lowest option, and the only redeeming aspect of this facility is the infant room teachers. They are wonderful and kind and truly care in an environment that is less than caring on almost every level. We went ion a waiting list because of the reviews and feedback - and were so excited when we got spots for our infant and our 3 year old! The place smells of dirty diapers, the staff is rude and tries to brush any concerns under the rug - I witnessed a teacher grab a little one (around 2 years old) by the arm as I walked my usual outgoing child (current clawing into my neck

Watch Me Grow provides excellent enrichment for my 3yr old daughter. The preschool curriculum seems designed to balance play based learning with lessons that cultivate focus, good manners and kindness for others. The kids seem friendly and inclusive. The daily classroom schedule follows a pattern of short formal learning and review sets broken up by play, meals, snacks, and napping/quiet time. Both of my children attend here. The staff has always been amazing and helpful. When anything happens I am notified immediately. My son had a seizure and all the staff acted quickly. Both of my children receive great care and attention. When I was looking at Daycares my coworker quickly referred me here, she has never had any problems or concerns with the care of her child here. Great job ladies keep up the great work.

My kids have been attending Watch Me Grow since they were little. We absolutely loved the preschool program and now that my kids are in elementary school we send them to the Summer Camp and we absolutely love it too!!! My son has been attending the summer camp for 3 summers and this is my daughter's 1st summer and they were both so excited to be attending this year. There are so many fun field trips, to the swimming pool, Mandalay Bay Aquarium, the movies, hiking on Mt. Charleston, and so many others. And the price is unbeatable!!! I started sending my boys here over 2 years ago and my youngest is still here and he loves it! The staff is great, always friendly and really care about the kids! I have always felt safe having my boys here and love hearing all the new things my youngest is learning everyday. As a mother there is always concern about how your children are treated when your not around and I have never had to worry about that here! My little guy started in Room 1 at Watch Me Grow in 2013/4. He stayed there (All but two weeks and that was literally the most horrible 2 weeks of child care. See my review of Creative Kids on Craig Rd) up until he started Kindergarten at a private school. Teachers from different classrooms are all still very involved with the kids in the Watch Me Grow community and know everyone, and their parents, by name and face.

My son has been going to Watch Me Grow for about a year and a half now and I love it. He started in their 2 yr old class. It wasn't long before he came home singing new songs he learned in his class and talking about all of his classmates and teachers. They do crafts all the time and keep the rooms clean and organized.

After touring multiple facilities, my husband and I decided on Watch Me Grow and we couldn't be happier. The staff care so much and are actively involved in how YOU want your child raised. It was such a hard decision to leave my 6 month baby in day care but they take care of her like their own. Tracy, Brittney, and Helen and the best! Formula and food is included in the price and their tuition prices are very competitive. My daughter will continue there as long as we need day care!

My daughter has been going here for 3 months now and it has been the best experience I could ask for. She loves her teachers and the other students in her class. They try and succeed so much in everything they do for the kids. They even had a holiday recital for the kids and the parents were able to come and watch. It was absolutely adorable. She has learned so much since she has been attending ding this day care. I would say this place is amazing and I wouldn't want my daughter going anywhere else.

My son attended watch me grow for 2 years. When he arrived he did not speak any English. His teachers were kind and patient and really helped boost his confidence and enable him to make friends. They were all very kind and loving with him. In those two years, he was engaged and always learning something new. My first impression of Watch Me Grow wasn't great, as the woman working at the front desk didn't seem particularly knowledgeable, friendly, or helpful... I went on a tour anyway, and despite my first impression, I was really impressed with the teachers in the classrooms as well as the children. The teachers were all smiles, the children all seemed bright and happy. I enrolled my kids (both toddlers) and they've been going there for over a month now. Since day one, they've loved it. Every day I pick them up and they're smiling and happy. They get "homework" each day and they're excited to do it
