I NEVER write reviews but THIS company deserves one!! Absolutely unbelievable service!! From the first phone call when I spoke to Kaitlin, to when I had numerous questions for the engineer Ray, each conversation was met with patience and an unmatched service. Thank goodness we decided to use this amazing company!! I would highly recommend Rakowitz because it is quite difficult to find a company with friendly employees and fast, efficient service and this one has it ALL!!
