I have been trying to refinance my home for some time now. I contacted Intrepid and let them know what I needed to have done. It took them some time to complete the survey but they did a great job. I was updated with the survey progress whenever I called and was sent a preliminary exhibit prior to my survey being completed. I will use them again in the future.

Do Not use this company! They quoted a price and sent thier crew to a location that they had already surveyed. Crew was there 10 mins to place stakes that had been lost during the sale and charged me TWO hours for the job!!! Price gauging! Would have been cheaper to use another company and have it resurveyed!

This company is a sham I've been dealing with them for over 4-5 months it all started out pretty descent but in this case the left hand has no idea what the right is doing I received a verbal quote from russel and an email bill that did not reflect the same verbal quote I was also told certain things were included with the prices I paid and then found out later the so called "included" items were an additional charge I would not recommend this company for any surveying needs especially if you are hiring this company on your own for your own good find another company!!!

If you're looking for a great family oriented company that is very professional and quick; call Intrepid. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help the public from surveying, elevation certificates, or just helping you plan your future dreams.
