Blue Water Rv Resort & Marina
Day Use/late check-out is subject to availability at a charge percentage of the daily rate. Bluewater Resort is a unique, locally owned and operated Tennessee RV Park and Condo Lodge with a Marina that caters to families and fishermen, providing waterfront lodging in Dayton, TN. It is located on Lake Chickamauga, one of the countries best bass fishing lakes and home to a 15 lb.

We recently stayed at Bluewater Campground for about ten days and absolutely loved it. I had arranged ahead of time with the Campground Manager that twelve motorhomes would be in my group! We also wanted to be together in a group since some are handicapped. Everything was perfect! The views, hospitality, all the ammenities were great!
Services
Bluewater RV Camping and Marina opened in 1980 and has provided many years of camping and fishing fun for families.

In 2010, the Tennessee campground & RV park was completely remodeled with all new concrete campsites, roads & sidewalks, new pavilion, grass, irrigation system, sewer and electrical systems, cable TV, Wi-Fi, bathhouse, laundry room, three cabins, Lake House, general store/bait/tackle shop, caretaker's house, and in 2016, our new Lodge was built.
Our all new Lodge is located just off the water on 14 acres of rolling Tennessee farmland. Our rooms have a beautiful all-wood lodge decor with fully stocked kitchens and internal doors to combine rooms for larger groups. Fishermen will enjoy boat parking within 10 feet of the door, complete with electricity and water.
At our Tennessee RV Campground in Dayton, TN, you will find all-level 40-foot concrete full-hookup RV sites, 30- and 50-amp electricity service, water, sewer hookup, expanded cable TV, and free WiFi. Many have beautiful lake views. Our boat slips are available for nightly rental. Our private boat ramp will provide access to fishing on Chickamauga Lake, one of the top 10 fishing areas in the country.
Our uncovered deep water docks offer water and electricity at current rates with private gate entry. The covered deep water docks in our Lake Chickamauga Marina offer water and metered electricity and free WiFi. The summer breezes under the shaded cover provide a great boating experience. The Pavilion has seating for up to 75 people with beautiful views of the lake and is the perfect place to host a private party or reunion.
In the fall of 2017, we completed a beautiful new PAVILION just steps away from our Lodge. The Pavilion overlooks the pond fountain and connects to the resort's new swimming pool. Your event's guests will love staying in the Lodge, our Cabins or Lake House. Bluewater Resort makes a great spot to start a honeymoon or to sleep off the night's fun so you can wake refreshed.

G a trailer that turn GPS takes is not for campers . I have a gulfstream btouring and it was hard for it. Took the other way and very easy. Over all a great place.

Very clean and friendly. Spaces are tight and full sun. Lake is amazing. Pool very nice! Reason for no 5 star …we were in site 28 so not on water which is fine but our view was the maintenance shed which is unsightly. We were also there during a high school fishing tournament and trailers and trucks EVERYWHERE. Took away from ambiance.

An awesome location. Bathhouse was extremely clean. Pool is small for the amount of family's that are there. We went down each day and each day it was extremely packed. So we left a day early so the boys could enjoy some pool time.

In all honestly, the resort is beautiful, and the pool is great, but the long-term sites are very close together and you pay $600 per month plus electric. In addition, be careful if you sign a lease for a long- term RV site at Blue Water. Barron is no longer the manager there and the new Manager, Nick, told us we had to leave the week before July 4th, and would not give us a reason, after only a month of staying there. We are building a house and had nowhere else to go, especially at that time. Both my husband and I spoke to Nick individually multiple times and he would NOT give us a reason after

My wife and I stayed five nights in a "loft lodge" and we couldn't be happier. The staff are the friendliest and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable possible. The property is well maintained and you couldn't pick a more beautiful setting. Rates are very reasonable for a top notch resort. Our first stay but not last, already planning coming back May 2021 for family reunion.

The girls in the office are super nice and helpful! They even text after hours if you have questions or need anything. Laundry costs $8 for the day and has 2 washers/dryers. You pay when you leave, no quarters necessary. Small store with necessities, pool, showers. Sites are full hookup. Very accommodating to boats & trailers. There is separate boat/trailer parking if you don't fit in your site but you can also park on the grass next to the rv pad. Papa john's pizza delivers here. Our first night they had live music & bbq. Power available at the boat slips. Overall clean and everything

We recently bought a boat in TN and stumbled across Blue Water Lodge trying to find someplace to stay for the weekend after picking up the boat. Our room at the lodge was great, and well priced! The service was outstanding, and everyone was super friendly. They gave our kids a fun scavenger hunt to do and rewarded them with ice cream at the end! They helped out with all of our needs, and the boat slips were extremely convenient! We only wished we had longer than the 2 nights we were there. The fishing was slow, but that didn't ruin our good time. We booked a return trip in the spring

Absolutely beautiful lodge & campground! We had a waterfront campsite reserved for The Week of The Bassmaster College National Championship, but had a bad tire on our motorhome & were able to get into a loft room in the lodge for a few days! It is gorgeous! Modern cabin decorated beautifully and every detail was thought of. Back deck overlooks the pool and fishing pond! A short walk down the hill brings you to campsites, store, boat ramp & docks! So glad we found this place disappointed we can't stay the whole time (they are booked up and I can see why).

Great place to stay on the lake. The amenities are great and include full hook up. The staff are the friendliest. A big shout out to Derek who was instrumental in helping me save our trip due to an unexpected loss of the alternator on our tow vehicle. Could not ask for a better place to stay. We will be back again.

My family stayed at the lakehouse for the weekend and had a wonderful time. There is only 1 full bath and a 1/2 bathroom so it was a little inconvenient but manageable.
-Plenty of parking
-Right on the water
-Great personal fire pit right by the lake house. We have no experience making a bonfire but it was worth a shot. Great seating area too, would have been great if we were more prepared
-Kayaks for rent by the shop

This place is now called Bluewater Resort. It includes a new 16 room lodge with all wood that's been hand-stained and decorated in hunting and fishing decor. Choose between standard rooms and loft rooms with private queen-sized beds, along with sleeper sofas. Each of the upstairs spaces offer private balconies and have internal doors to combine rooms for larger groups on family retreats or class reunions. Fully-stocked kitchens make it possible for you to stay put once you've unpacked. With Wi-Fi and Cable TV, you can stay connected to the world. Of course, you'll want to venture

Great resort for people with RV's or if your just stopping in to fish Chickamauga. There is a cabin available for non-RV people and it's great. Would stay here again in a second. Launch right on site too if you have a boat.
