Very bad communication. I would even say horrible. The driver would complain to me that my destination was too far. And then when they would fail to show up and I called them they kept saying they had been there and waited for 5 minutes even though I was at the door early and around 20 minutes after just to make sure that I got to my destination at all. They fail to communicate and they blame their failure to show up or be on time on me.

Twin City Mobility are not honest. I have a brain injury and need transportation. My case manager scheduled a ride for me to a medical appointment. After being 20 minutes late, I called to inquire and was told, "driver is on way" and still did not come. I had to cancel medical appointment due to driver not being on time nor communicating.
Twin City Mobility was not truthful in telling my case manager a different version and minimized their irresponsibility.
The next appointment, I called the company and left several messages on voice mail on Twin City Mobility voice mail with no response. Twin
