I am incredibly impressed with the outstanding customer service and transportation of this company. We chose to go with Valley Limo and Coach after speaking with Len. He was informative, helpful, accommodating and efficient. I was so pleased with the customer service we added on more transportation for the day of. I can’t say enough about how awesome the party bus was!!! The bus had so much space, all the glassware we needed, great sound system and coolers kept our drinks cold. We both felt the party bus was our favorite part of the night with our bridal party !

Wish i could give negative stars. Used these guys for a ride from my wedding ceremony to the reception and was miserable the whole time. The air did not work and neither did the radio. Would have loved to have know in advance that we need to provide our own auxiliary cord. Told the driver on multiple occasions that we were too hot and he just rolled up the divider and ignored us. Called the owner a few days later told him everything and it was almost like he didnt believe me. Said he would talk to the driver and get back to me tomorrow. One week went by and i hadnt heard back so i called again

"Night to Shine" is an unforgettable prom night experience for Special Needs kids and part of the Tim Tebow Foundation. They host a Prom Night with everything including a Red Carpet entry. Valley Limousine was kind enough to donate their services to the 202 attendees at the party and gave them the royal treatment. Thank you so very much for your part in an experience these kids will not ever forget.

When ever I need a ride to and from the airport I call these guys! Len the owner is so prompt, professional and aims to please.Their vehicles are always clean and shiny inside and out, the drivers are very professional and they are always on time!! Our experience with Valley Limo was awesome!! Len helped us set everything up and he made sure everything was perfect. We ordered three different limo sizes for three different times throughout our wedding day - one 20 person bus for our bridal party, a normal limo for just my groom and I post-ceremony, and then an SUV to take my groom and I home at the end of the night. The drivers were so friendly and patient - we told them times to be at our pick-up locations and they did not have a problem waiting for us when we were running late. I wish I could give them no stars. They are a recommended vendor for Forever Brides and I would expect timely service. I inquired about a quote July 6 and took them a week to get back to me to tell me they customize price to your needs. I still have yet to hear back from them after letting them know my needs. I will not be using them as my wedding is fast approaching.
I understand others may have had great service but I'm not getting that from them.
