Did initial installation in my home a few months ago, and with AC never working properly, had them come out twice to see if they could figure out why the system was not working. Was told "look, it is hot in Houston" and about the 20 degree differential. Having lived here longer than the repair guy has been alive, I have never had AC that did not cool to 70 degrees, even when 100 degrees outside. And that theory is blown when I wake up in the morning and the outside temp is 83, but my indoor temp is 76 (when set to 68). Looking at other reviews, not sure how this company is still in business

I dont know why we keep using this service. Don't pay for the Diamond Club its utter BS. We will be without AC for an entire week. They can't tell us when our part will be in or even when they will arrive for an initial visit. They have fixed the same problem 3x already and the last time the supervisor swore up and down it would not happen again as they had personally paid for a better quality part.

Just had Air Innovations come to calibrate the temperature In the rooms of our home. Cody and Abby were extremely polite and professional. They came in and checked the problem areas and also addressed the concerns I had about some loud noises that I had heard previously in our system. They checked the systems and diagnosed the problem as low Freon which they promptly fixed. Thumbs up guys.

This is my first Yelp review! Air Innovation came last week to fix severe air balance problems in my three-story townhome and did a great job. I first discussed the A/C troubles with service manager Ashton, who rapidly organized service for my home. The service professionals who came to my home and fixed the problem were Nathan, Daniel, and Cody (across two visits). All three are competent, respectful, and efficient. I mostly engaged with Nathan, who patiently answered my questions and explained available options. In looking at other reviews for this company, I see that reviews are either 5-stars

I just had air innovations come to my home for a routine check on my units. They got to my home about 3:30. They didnt even have a ladder, my husband had to get one of ours out and haul it in the house for them to use, they didn't even take it back out of the house for him. The mess they made in my home is totally unacceptable, I understand there is some mess from insulation but this was way beyond normal, no attempt to even try to clean it up or protect anything that was in my home. They didn't bother to even put the cover for the attic access back on correctly so now we have to get

This by far the worst AC company I've ever experienced! The answering service was not able to reach the technicians on call! They have a 30 minute call window if no one calls you should call back I did over several times and the same technician was prompted to my address Quincy Jones! This guy in return complained about how hot it is and how busy he is and how he might not make it and never followed up ! This is by far unprofessional and unacceptable as a customer! Issue not resolved !

Worst company ever. We signed up for their diamond maintenance program, they lied and said we never joined even after they charged our credit card. In addition, they said we needed to have our coils replaced but yet they never quoted or told us. They refused to come out until we show proof that we had the coils replaced. I explained to them that we don't care what it cost, we need them to come out. They refused. They talk to you like you're a two-year-old.
