Jordan showed up and was able to quickly determine the root cause of the problem. The fix didn't require any parts, but did require a slight reconfiguration of the existing system. He did this and stuck around until he was sure that it worked. I had a great experience working with this company.

ATS is the best heating and AC company ever! I had my AC, furnace, and ducts replaced in July, and the workers that did it were all so sweet and did a fantastic job! I also had Shaun come over to perform a heating inspection this morning and he did a very thorough job. I appreciate how he took the time to explain to me what he checked. All in all, I absolutely love how professional, responsive, and caring this company is. I highly recommend them!

Jordan was my Tech today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office, forgive me for forgetting the young woman’s name, was professional, polite and very helpful. They got me on the schedule same day and Jordan was even able to come by early. He was very informative, knew his craft and thorough. Had great recommendations that I will be sure to follow. We were very pleased with the crew from ATS Mechanical. They removed the in attic equipment as well as the outside units. The owner, Barry, explained how the existing duct work was inadequate for the amount of air the air handlers were capable of and had the crew replace the ductwork with the proper size for a well balanced system. Of the three bids I received, ATS was the only one that mentioned that.
