Services
I am an RYT 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher, with a foundation in dance and massage. I have been teaching for about 8 years, and have been lucky enough to teach yoga classes & retreats throughout Central America and Europe. I offer public and private classes, plus frequent events such as Hustle and Flow (an outdoor workout then a yoga class!), and the yearly Sweet Sierra Retreat in Shaver Lake, CA.
Join Jules Spitzer and I each month for a Sweet Sierra - Virtual Sweetness event! These community get togethers include a 45 minute yoga flow followed by a meditation, plus time to connect with like-minded yogis.
