Dr. Karam and his entire staff are world class. There is a reason why people wait to be on his schedule, THE MAN IS AN ARTIST. If plastic surgery is something you are considering, don’t go anywhere else. There are many patients you can talk to that will share real photos of the journey, not just the before and afters you see on IG or his website. I have met several people that are beyond happy with their results. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing.

I had my lower blepharoplasty in December, 2016. It's been five years and I continue to struggle with dry eye in my left eye. I've been to two ocular-plastic surgeons, one ophthalmologist, and by chance two opticians. All 5 tell me it's very simple: there was too much skin cut away from the lower eyelid by the physician who performed the procedure. This causes something called "incomplete blink." It's basically when there's not enough skin available for the eyelid to fully close. It's only in my left eye so, presumably, it wasn't my eyes' reaction

Today I went to see Tonia for Botox and lip filler. She was so sweet. I felt very informed on what to expect, and she made the process so seamless. Not only was it painless, but my lips look amazing. The practice was also fully equipped to be covid-safe as they checked temperature and had me wait in my car until it was my turn. I'll definitely be back!

Having been in the beauty industry for several years, I have worked closely with dozens of cosmetic / plastic surgeons. When it came time to choose a surgeon for my own surgery I was VERY selective. Very young newer surgeons are still learning and not quite fully skilled and unfortunately older surgeons do not always have a steady hand, no matter what their past reputations. I was especially careful in my selection. After several consults over the span of more than a year, I finally found Dr. Karam. Dr. Karam's work is impeccable! His skills surpass all I have seen. This doctor is a true artist

After doing considerable research to find the best surgeon in this field in the greater San Diego area, I made the commitment and had a procedure personally performed by Dr. Karam. He is the best. He is attentive to your concerns and needs during the consultation process, and he is an experienced artist and surgeon in the operating room. There are other surgeons in this field in the greater San Diego area, but why would you go with anyone other than the best for something this important? My personal determination was to go with the best and save money elsewhere, which I don't regret it

I had a neck lift, brow lift and fat transfer with Dr. Karam a little over a year ago. I can't say enough about how amazing the results where! It took ten years off my face and at 50 I look better than I ever have! It looks very natural and you would never know looking at me that I had anything done at all. I did a lot of research and saw a lot doctors before deciding on Dr. Karam and I know I made the best decision choosing him to do my surgery. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone thinking about having work done and I will go to him in the future if I decide to do anything else.

I had my procedure done in November and extremely happy with the results. Dr K it is a true artist and incredibly attentive in fact he gave me his cell phone number over the holiday weekend to easy my nerves... Chris - (Dr.K PA) is amazing and so professional. I would recommend everyone seeing Dr. K even if your not looking to do a procedure right now - you can learn about how to keep your skin healthy and refreshed!

I flew in from across the country to meet this doctor while in town for a conference. I come to San Diego often and my family lives here, which is why I decided to have a consult with the doctor. The staff told me way in advance that they would be able to accommodate me on any day I had time in San Diego since I would be an out of town patient. They asked for me to pay for the consult fee in advance, which I did and no big deal, but the eagerness for a couple hundred dollars was a bit odd looking back now. I notified
