From Highway 50 exit El Dorado Hills Boulevard and head north going under the freeway. Drive approximately 4 miles until you come to a four-way stop. Turn left onto Francisco Drive and go approximately 0.5 of a mile to Embarcadero Drive and make a right turn. Go 50 to 75 feet and make a left into the first left turn driveway.

For twenty years Dr. Guess and staff have worked hard to bring healthy smiles to El Dorado Hills and the surrounding areas. Our objective is to make sure each of your visits is pleasant and informative. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough orthodontic clinical examination. If appropriate, Dr. Guess will recommend special x-rays, photographs and study casts. This will allow him to develop a customized treatment plan.

I came into Dr Guess's office around a bit more than a year ago with; an overbite, jaw pain, and a bad experience from a prior dentist. Now my teeth are amazingly straight, and my jaw pain is completely gone. Dr Guess is skilled at and passionate about dentistry. Several times I came in and, through his skill, my teeth had made enough progress to move onto the next step of treatment, but he asked me if I would be willing to delay a month because he wanted to do a minor adjustment that would make the end result even better. I had my teeth worked on by Dr.Guess 16 years ago. I had one tooth that was turned completely around and another tooth he had to anchor from the roof of my mouth. As far as teeth go mine were definitely a challenging set. If Dr. guess can give me an amazing smile I know he can do it for anyone! Even still today I can't believe the smile I now have. The staff is was also amazing!

It's been a long 4 odd years through orthodontic treatment. It's had it's ups and downs. Wisdom teeth removal definitely turned into a story.
Through all this, the staff here from Sue, Oksana, Susan, Kat, and Dr.Guess himself have shown a true dedication to their art.
If you are considering orthodontic treatment then you are in competent and steady hands with Dr. Guess.

Dr. Guess's office was the third place we had visited for a consultation. I immediately felt welcomed comfortable and confident in their work. I knew that they were the right fit for my family it was important to me to feel comfortable being that we would be in each other's lives for the next few years. During the final months of treatment, our family moved from NC to CA. We found Dr. Guess through a recommendation from our NC orthodontist. Dr. Guess fit us into his schedule right away and continued with the treatment plan that we had started in NC. Dr. Guess has always been very thorough with his explanations and expectations. Dr. Guess is awesome at what he does. My teeth have improved dramatically and I am only halfway done with my treatment. I can't wait until I can lick my front teeth with my tongue again and feel the smooth and crooked-free surface. His staff and office are amazing and you feel welcome as soon as you step inside. Although braces and invisalign are expensive anywhere you go, the office works with you to make it affordable with decent payment plans. After shopping around for orthodontists that provide both quality and affordability, I found that Dr. Guess provided the best of both.
