Much time and thought have gone into this program for one simple reason. Proper maintenance of your vehicle is key to making it last and avoiding expensive repairs down the road. This section of our website is designed to be a resource you can refer to with questions about a specific service or maintaining your vehicle.
My experience was top notch, every employee I spoke with was attentive and courteous. I walked in with the intention to make an appointment and they were able to make the repair right them. I bought new tires and they told me to get an alignment. They told me I would need several thousand dollars for front end parts but my last tires lasted 50,000 miles.
Whether we are hiring or not, we always want to hear from and get to know quality people who are interested in joining our team. They sold me a truck they had there in consignment. I live three hours away and couldn’t travel during the week due to work. So Jeremy did a live video call and went over the vehicle and answered the questions I had. I did have quite a few since it was an older truck. I felt confident enough to travel over to make my final decision. They are closed on the weekends but Jeremy said he’d meet me there on a Saturday. Needless to say we met and I drove the vehicle home. The inspection report was nice and noted the flaws and were accurate. I would recommend this business to anyone thinking about

They charged twice as much as the dealer quoted, it was a simple procedure with zero parts involved. We told them what was wrong and what we needed, a two hundred dollar max process, and was charged five hundred dollars with major pressure to spend three thousand on a not needed procedure. I will not go back nor with I recommend them to. Anybody that I care about.

We blew a spark plug out and stripped the threads on our 2002 Ford exposition. We where heading to Paulina Lake. Integrity auto did an amazing job getting us back on the road in a very timely manner. Great crew of people very friendly.

Integrity Auto put an engine in my vehicle and it is supposed to have a warranty. The day after I picked my vehicle up I began having slight issues which over the course of nine days culminated in my the gages on the dashboard going crazy and my vehicle losing all power as I was driving on HWY 97.....I have called and left several messages and my attempts to reach ANYONE at the business have failed as I have not recieved one return call.

Clean, professional office and staff. While performing the service they discovered a bad tie-rod and showed me the deficiency right then. What I liked most was a place for everything and everything in its place.... efficiency. All capable and qualified mechanics. Very neat and clean waiting room with TV, coffee etc. No problems letting my girls come here and wait.. I was exceptionally pleased with my first experience.

My sons were travelling from Crater Lake back home to Northern California when my son had car trouble. Trying to help as best I could I called and spoke with Tanya. Not only did Tanya help my sons she helped me feel much better about the whole situation. They offered them drinks, a loaner car if they needed to stay at a hotel, and a calming voice to a father that was more than 8 hours away! The shop received the car an hour from the time they closed, yet identified the issue AND stayed late almost two hours to finish the repair. Definitely ABOVE and BEYOND service, thank you very much to Tanya

I'm really grateful for integrity Auto. Everyone there is fantastic and genuinely interested in helping you. They took the time to check my husband's truck to try to find a leak that he was concerned about and allowed him to come see and show them his concern. My car has had an issue with being able to shift gears and I've taken it to several other mechanics including the dealership that I bought it from, and no one has been able to figure it out. Nobody wants to drive my car and it became a dangerous issue, I was concerned and the mechanics that integrity Auto figured it out and now my car runs
