I’ve brought my car here multiple times once I decided to stop supporting the dealership and wanted my $$$ to stay in Bend.
They are not cheap but they are less then the dealership and they are incredibly kind and honest. If you drive a luxury model then you already know it’s expensive to repair your car. You might as well take it to a local place. My recent repair was pretty urgent and they were able to get me in within a week. Every other place I called said it would be multiple weeks to months to get in.

Appreciated how quickly Peak Euro Auto Repair was in returning my call and able to fit me into their schedule. The were attentive to inspecting everything I asked about my car and transparent in letting me know what they found, their recommendations, & the associated costs. They worked with me on services that fit my budget and concerns. Everyone I talked with was friendly and treated me like a fellow human (as opposed to an annoyance or a sales quota). I recommend them & plan to take my car back as services are needed - thanks!

I had the oil changed in my car, I dropped it in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The location was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. They provided me with an invoice for the oil change which included an inspection of my car. The inspection details provided recommended repairs and approximate cost. I really appreciate their approach and the thoroughness, since I only brought my car in for an oil change.

Our 2019 Audi A4 Allroad received its two year service, including new brake fluid and pollen/smoke filter. Easy to make convenient appointment. Service performed while I walked around the neighborhood. Found new friendly coffee stand and drank it in a nearby nice little park. Got back to office and car was ready in less than 10 minutes: total time about 1-1/2 hours. Great service and professional people. I am a returning customer our Audi Weill see them for future services.

The team at Peak Euro stepped in and took excellent care of me and my van. I live in California and my van was moved from a shop here to Bend for transmission work. It became a nightmare scenario with my van stuck there. The team at Peak Euro stepped in and in a timely manner handled the issues. I was kept up to date and they provided quotes and estimates. When finished I flew up picked up my van and drove 12 hours home with no issues! So happy to have it back and thanks to Peak Euro it drives fantastic! Can't say enough about the team and how well they took care of me. Highly recommended!!

was very professional, yet his warmth and love for the
business was evident.
In addition, later I had some warning lights go on, and a
flat tire. They took a look at it and made the recommendations
that day. I didn't feel like it was an imposition, even though it
was a surprise visit. Piper was also very helpful and friendly.
