Air Technical Services Inc. was founded in 1984 on the principle that quality service, honesty, integrity and competitive pricing will produce success. We specialize in commercial, industrial and medical air conditioning and heating needs. We provide sales, service, testing and all types of preventative maintenance contracts.

Our company is has a complete in house sheet metal fabrication shop. By having a shop on site, we are able to ensure the quality of the custom fabrication and yield faster installation times for our customers'. We are able to fabricate with materials such as; Galvanized, Stainless, Black Iron and Aluminum depending on the customers' needs.
Air Technical Services, Inc. technicians are trained and certified to perform equipment audits, service, and repairs on a large variety of medical equipment. We understand the need for medical facilities refrigeration and HVAC equipment to function properly. In todays controlled environments it is imperative to have a service company that understands the complexities of medical requirements.
During the hot summer months or the cold winter months, no one wants their systems breaking down. We specialize in commercial, medical and industrial HVAC needs. We provide sales, experienced customer service, testing and all types of preventative maintenance contracts.

Among our three partners we have over 75 years of experience in HVAC controls, Energy Management Systems, Air Handling Units, Piping Systems, Chillers (Centrifugal, Screw, and Reciprocating), Boilers, Rooftop Units, Data Center HVAC, Indoor Air Quality Testing, Air and Hydronic Testing and balancing and a variety of Medical Testing and Certifications.
The Preventative Maintenance Program is designed to restore and preserve HVAC equipment. Package Units, Split Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Boilers and Air Handling Unit breakdown, can be a very costly repair for any company. With an established Preventative Maintenance Program, we are able to maintain, replace or repair the equipment.
Energy-efficiency concerns remain a top priority for medical, commercial, and industrial organizations. A proven strategy at a companies' disposal for achieving cost savings is energy management, or BAS (Building Automation Systems). This system set in place will help identify energy-saving cost opportunities.
