I live in a very small town in Arkansas and PMS came to my home and assessed my cooling system and I was given the chose of letting them work on the unit and get it up to part or get a new one. I told them that my system was old and that I wanted everything replaced heat, air and the A coil. They came out and took care of me. My unit is colder than I've felt it before, throwing out snowballs. Thank you guys for a job well done. Germarco and his crew seems like family to me. I would recommend them to everyone that is in need of their services.

PM Services does not back up their guarantee. I needed an A/C unit installed on the outside. the option was a new or used one. I initially went for the used one. That came with a 90 day guarantee (parts and labor). It stopped working in a day. Germarco said it was not the unit, but the electrical (which I had previously redone the entire house. He… would not go out there until I had that checked out. $300 later, the electrician confirmed that the electrical was fine. So he went out there with another unit (a completely rusted unit). It never worked. I then opted for a new unit. that was

This company is the best. I had an issue with the cooler in my store and Professional Maintenance Services came out in less than 24hours and had my cooler up and running. I CALLED PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES AFTER I WAS QUOTED 3 ESTIMATES. THEY CAME OUT GAVE US OPTIONS AND EXPLAINED TO US THE UP AND DOWNS OF EACH ONE. WE WERE PLEASED AND DECIDED TO USE THERE SERVICES. THEY EVEN INSTALLED US A NEW DIGITAL THERMOSTAT WITH OUR CONDENSER INSTALL FOR FREE..
