I have known Sam Bodine for over 25 years. He has always provided me with solutions that best fit my needs. We will continue to trust and rely on Sam in the future. Our last concern had to do with potential mold in our basement which he was able to address with a relatively easy and cost effective solution.

I have been forced to use EPS Environmental Services when buying 2 properties. Each time they came back with the Phase 1 demanding that a Phase 2 is needed. Both times the Phase 2's have come back clean as expected. I am convinced that they just want to line their own pockets and don't care about you. I'm out $10,000 for these unnecessary Phase 2s.
