Stefanie Beniek is founder of Family Tree Acupuncture, a licensed Acupuncturist and a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine with special interests in male and female fertility, IUI/IVF support, pre and postnatal care, Lyme disease, pain management and emotional health. Stefanie helps patients identify the root cause(s) of disease and ill health to improve health outcomes through all transitions in life.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complete medical system which includes acupuncture, herbal remedies, dietary therapy, and body manipulations/massage. It has been around for at least 3,000 years and is still used today in clinics and hospitals throughout China and most of Asia as a primary medical modality.
Few people are actually infertile, yet most who have difficulty conceiving have some imbalances. As your body comes into alignment and balance is achieved, the ability to conceive becomes possible. Acupuncture works to help restore balance and health when trying to conceive. Many areas of your health may need to be addressed in order to bring your body to a balanced place.

If you are feeling so tired and stressed about life, this is definitely a treat for your mind, body and soul. Anne was amazing! She was kind, caring and a good listener. The acupuncture experience was relaxing and very restful. This experience stayed with me for days. I will for sure be coming back soon. I am a teacher and mother and this felt like such a treat and a relief. I highly suggest to anyone! Anne is safe and uses COVID precautions and it is a very clean, friendly and relaxing place. I came to Family Tree for help with a back issue and had such a great experience. The rooms were clean and the space and ambiance is very calm and relaxing. Anne was very helpful, listened to my concerns and was very professional. She walks you through the acupuncture process along the way and makes sure you’re comfortable. I definitely recommend the cupping treatment along with the acupuncture!

I’ve worked with both Anne and Stefanie (Stefanie while Anne was on maternity leave) and they are both great! Super friendly and easy to connect with. Offered great advice, lots of resources and their space is so relaxing! My experience here has been absolutely wonderful. Anne is kind, warm and understanding. She takes time to listen to my concerns and has insightful suggestions. I’ve been to other clinics where it felt impersonal and rushed but here it truly is a relaxing experience. I’ve been getting weekly treatments and will continue to do so.
