We recently purchased a house built by Gracepoint Homes. It was built in 2015. In a follow up inspection, we have found serious structural issues. I subsequently learned that several other nearby homes that were built by Gracepoint Homes have similar structural issues. Gracepoint provides a 10 year warranty for structural issues. However, I have now submitted 4 inquires via their website as they request and have called them repeatedly - over the past five weeks. Gracepoint Homes has yet to respond to me. My experience suggests to me that Gracepoint Homes constructs houses with serious structural
