So far, so good. Classes are the best part so far, and I would encourage anyone interested in signing with them to take advantage of these. They are free and you will learn a lot. You will also get to meet their consultants and some of their partners/suppliers in the process.
We are still in the design phase so only time will tell how our experience will be. 4 months in, I'm learning that this is definitely a lot of effort AND you have to stay on top of your consultants/designer. My wife and I are career corporate IT consultants and had zero experience building anything of substance but after attending a seminar hosted by Charlie decided we would give this owner builder concept a go. The architect listened to our concepts and after a couple of iterations came up with our 4800+ sq ft blueprints for FREE!

If your looking to buy or built the free classes on home construction are a must. We attended the classes and built our forever home with the assistance of BGCH’s Home Designer, Interior Designer and Consultant. The process was well established, easy to follow, construction estimate was on target, and Consultant assisted us through each phase. Being involved in the total process from lot preparation, selection of subcontractors and scheduling completion gave us a real satisfaction and understanding of everything in our home.
