As recommended everywhere, if you have any viral symptoms or have been exposed to anyone that does, avoid coming to the office. Wear a mask and arrive at your exact designated appointment time to provide social distancing from others. Because life shouldn't hurt. Chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, rehabilitative exercises and nutritional support are all non-invasive, natural approaches to treating the body.
These natural therapies address the cause of your symptoms and create real changes that can be maintained. Chiropractic care has been shown to be more cost-effective than standard medical care for many conditions. There are many cases where standard medical care is needed and effective but it is more invasive than natural bodywork and often times has undesirable side effects.

After my first visit, I had the best sleep I've had in months. My neck didn't ache when I woke up, my headache is gone, and my back feels more flexible with less pain already. Dr. Gross is really personable and had great energy. I felt really comfortable with her adjustment and am looking forward to my next appointment - and the return of their massage therapists!

Shawnda was recommended by my GP. After year's of chronic neck and back pain after 3 treatments the pain is none nonexistent. Readjustments every so often to keep everything where its supposed to be is like getting an oil change for your car. I have a broken wrist and was in terrible pain. Saw Shawnda for acupuncture for pain relief. I never thought it would do anything but for a while I had very little pain.

My husband and I both purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. We were very pleased at the results. I know you are wondering...is any massage bad? Well no, but these girls were exceptionally good. It's not a full blown spa (which is better in my opinion). Nice and quiet, large massage beds, descent size rooms and great prices. They try their best to accommdate your schedule. We'll definately go back!
