I go to Elisa for my lip fillers and botox and she does an AMAZING job! I was so nervous in the beginning, but she was really helpful in guiding me towards the right procedures to get the look that I wanted and also doing it gradually over time to make sure that I always look natural and am comfortable. When my friends ask if I got my lips filled, it's only because they were thinking about how great they looked, not how fake - That's exactly what I wanted! I have gotten many many treatments here: lip fillers and botox with Bri, and laser with Sydney, and each time I've had such wonderful results and their customer service is AMAZING!!! Both ladies have such a light hand and the procedures are seamless AND painless! The also always make me feel so special and I absolutely love them!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the two technicians that helped me. I happened to be in Nordstrom when they were having a promotion day, and the treatment was something that I had been needing but kept putting off. The Dr was personable and funny. I was able to get what I needed within an hour then was on my way! Suggest that when they have a promotion day, that they do more PR to the sales staff at Nordstrom because the staff I talked to weren't that aware. Plus I get a complimentary makeover whenever I come back. Was so convenient, will use again.

Great staff very helpful in satisfying your needs. Both locations Domain and surgery office don't try to sale you extra procedures you don't need. They also try to work with you if your on a budget. I've had skin pen done and about to get the Morpheus 8 procedure for face. But do wish procedures were more affordable.

1998 scheduled an appt for lipo with Dr. Ersek because I heard good things. Had the consult with Dr. Ersek. Scheduled the procedure. The day of, found out I was pawned off to a Dr. Franz. Never heard of him should have cancelled. He botched it, leaving my stomach horribly lopsided. Offered to fix it when the healing was done. Went through the procedure and recovery a second time. Now my stomach around the belly button had ripples. He said give it a year. I gave it 10. Still there. Emailed the clinic to see about Dr. Ersek fixing the problem. No response..

I went for rejuvenation of my lady parts. This is a four treatment process. After just one treatment my incontinence was cured. No surgery, no pain, 3 day rest from intimate relations was all. I just got the second treatment yesterday and look forward to improved strength 'down there' and as a bonus, improved appearance. I can't wait to play golf without worrying about leaking during my drive! It's been great to walk confidently to the loo and not be panicked about making it in time! Feeling younger .

First of all let me say that Priscilla (one of my favorite nurses at Personique) & Dr. Buckspan were very kind during my visit. This is my second experience with Dr. Buckspan (this one was for a revision rhinoplasty). Dr. Buckspan was polite and accessible during my visits but unfortunately because of my overall experience I doubt I will be returning again.
I had three major issues that I was not content with during my experience

I knew what I wanted, but wasn't sure who to turn to. I made the right decision. Dr. Buckspan is THE BEST! He and his staff assuaged my fears and made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely adore him and his professionalism. He is an artist and shaped me where I can be happy with my body again with lipo and a tummy tuck. He patiently takes care of you before and after...not rushed like some doctors do. I'd give him and his staff 10 stars if Yelp provided it!! I thank you, Dr. Buckspan!!
