I am almost 4 months in to having had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Reid. I wanted to wait to write this review until they had fully healed. Dr. Reid, Restora, and all the kind people that work there made my entire experience a DREAM. I researched all over Austin, read up on reviews, called clinics, etc. Dr. Reid and his team were my one and only in person consultation...I knew immediately that it felt right. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with every level of the Restora team! Meeting Doctor Reid was serendipitous and life-changing! From pre-op questions with Roxy and reception staff, to appointments with Doctor Reid and Kendra RN, to the day of the procedure with an extremely empathetic anesthesiologist Doctor Jajosky, everything was non-judgemental, positive, reassuring (to my anxious soul). I loved Dr.Reid, &, very professionally staff. This Valentines day will be 14 years, since I have had mine. Breastfed one child and they are still as nice as the day I got them! Of course swelling went down and scars heeled nicely.
Most women come in with unreal expectations. Ask for breast their body cannot hold.
My last words before going under... "you do this every day, give me something i will be happy with." I still am, 14 years later. Most people i meet, or men i date never even know. Their not huge but they're perfect.

I received amazing care here. The staff is all incredibly nice and professional, and my surgeon (Dr. Reid) made sure I understood every aspect of my operation and did an amazing job. It was my first time ever having any kind of surgery and the team here ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. One thing I appreciated was the heated blanket that I was given while awaiting my operation, the nurse even put it over my arm so I wouldn’t have to look at my IV (something I am very squeamish about). And I was wheeled in to the operating room while piano music played!

I'm so glad to have found Dr Reid and his team for my augmentation 6mths ago. It took me a while to make the decision to have it done. The first word I think to describe Restora is thoughtful. The whole experience is just so well done from the initial consult with Dr. Reid to every follow-up. Dr. Reid was the first and last physician I sought out for the procedure I wanted. A friend and my sister had both used his practice for theirs as well and had glowing reviews of their experience and mine was no different. After two pregnancies and nursing both of my kids for a year each, my breasts were not in great shape. When my younger child started school full-time, I decided it was time to do something for myself to fix the situation. I was in a car accident a year ago where the airbag cut my lip in halo leaving an ugly scar . Over the last year Restora austin has been working on removing the scar . Jenny the tech is amazing . She is always checking on it and letting me know what we are doing . She always feels bad for me when she see me in pain constantly apologizing . I love the work and progress we have made . I have never had a better physician experience in my life! From the 5 Star appearance of the office, to the extremely knowledgable staff to the brilliance that is Ashley Gordon, MD. I've had 3 c-sections and a hernia, which left my naval and stomach stretched out and puffy, regardless of my diet and exercise regime. I didn't think I had enough skin for the procedure I had done: Tummy Tuck, but Dr. Gordon spent time explaining and actually showing me in the mirror why this was the best option for me. My boss, a local dentist, has had many hair transplants in San Antonio with wonderful results using the micro graft technique and surgical incision for the harvest site. Last month he went to Restora to use the neograft technique. He is so excited about his experience that he is having me write this review. He had zero down time and needed no pain pills. Mylene and Dr. Gordon used PRP (palette rich plasma).

The staff & Dr. Reid do amazing work! They met all of my expectations! Jamie & Courtnea in the office are very friendly and walked me through everything, always put my anxiety at ease. Lindsay Kayla and Nancy are Dr. Reid's right hand women they are always so helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Lindsay and I have had several conversations addressing my concerns. She is fabulous! Every member of his team has excellent bedside manner! I had my consultation in May with Dr. Gordon, and I can't wait for my surgery date in January! I'll admit, I was really nervous and intimidated about going in for my consultation (let alone scheduling an actual surgical procedure). This review is a long time coming! I had surgery a year ago and Dr. Gordon was referred to me by two friend because she does amazing work! The first time I met Dr. Gordon and her nurse Leslie, I knew I was in very capable hands. These ladies are amazing, sweet, compassionate and quite fun! They listen.
