As a male a pedicure is more of a medical necessity than an Aesthetic one. This place took care of my feet amazingly. Looked grossly like a pound of dead skin but what a pain and smell relief. All men need monthly pedicures! I recommend spending the $37 plus tip and tip generously. Like at least $5. I tipped more than double that because the young lady helping me worked very hard and scrubbed and cleaned and I've never felt better.

It’s very disappointing to say that lately my service with star nail spa has been not the greatest. Kenny disappointed me the way he did my nails this time, the same week he did my nails 2 nails snapped off and one of them was coming off already, he never takes his time anymore, he does lumpy nails and doesn’t draw good anymore and is always in a rush. He did a really bad job , never coming back ever again even though I was a loyal customer. I had let him know that the nails didn’t even last a week and didn’t want to help me fix them. I will never depend on this place again.

I had heard about Star nails from a friend and my daughter. Both of them convinced me to visit the shop since they had great service. I went in on a Sunday it didn’t seem bus at all . Even if it was I had time to wait. As I entered I spoke to the whole room saying hello everyone turned to look at me and giving me elevator eyes and said nothing in return. I felt very unwelcome as I scanned the room to look for a check in list or kiosk. One of the staff member asked what I wanted done. I replied I wanted a new set and color. She just looked at me and said nothing is open until three. And returned

Went in for a pedicure, I had initially booked a basic but ended up upgrading for a deluxe, my pedicure was definitely not worth $50.00, as the gel has already chipped off and I have an infection on one of my toes ! Don’t even want to try going in and asking for a refund as they have a sign where you pay that they don’t issue any refunds.

An accurate representation of the salon environment can be found by reading the responses to the reviews. Extremely poor customer service. I felt attacked by the staff and like a burden to both service workers at the time. I will not return.

I always book with Helen for a pedicure! Four of my toe nails are a round shape and I asked Helen if she could put acrylic and reshape them to a square shape and she did! She took the time to do it perfect and it came out super good 😊 she always does an awesome job with my feet, thank you Helen :) she’s the sweetest as well

I love this place because they’re so clean and nice. All of the techs are nice and professional. They asked everyone to wash their hands upon entering, and every techs wore masks and gloves. During this pandemic, it’s a safe feeling to see your nail tech practice hygiene standards. My nails and toes came out perfect and nice. If you need anything you just have to let them know. I am new to getting my nails done. First time (purple set) I didn't know what to say, or to ask for and picking colors before sitting down. Second time I didn't pick my color but had pictures of the color. I've gone to this place already twice and love my nails. Thank You Sheryl.! Next time I'll have my colors picked.

My only complaint was that the pedicure water was cold and wish I had more time to soak my feet. Partly my fault as I should’ve spoke up. However, my pedicure turned out great and I also got a full set put on. They took their time and made sure I was happy. My nails look really pretty and I have gotten so many compliments on them. Reasonable pricing as well. If you’re thinking of coming here, you definitely should!

I was recommended to go to this nail salon by a friend and it was 40 minutes from my home so I figured it would be worth the drive if they are really good. I was greeted immediately because I had an appointment for a full set and pedicure both gel. The lady working on my pedicure took out a hang nail which my toe got infected a week later from. She also used a cheese grater on my foot which I was later told was not supposed to be used because it could cut our feet and cause infection (another certified nail technician told me this). A man then worked on my full set and they came out really nice
