I wanted to love this place. It was right next door to the apartment that I was staying at. I recently moved from Los Angeles and was looking for a new place and I loved the vibe when I walked by. However, I came 5 mins prior to my appointment. There was literally 2 people in the entire salon. The nail tech told me to take a seat..which I then sat and waited for almost 30 minutes. I was walking out to leave and the hair stylist came outside as I was walking away. I decided to give it a shot because I needed my roots done. I just spent an exorbitant amount of money getting the black/very dark brown

Used to like going here but the owner Delilah is beyond rude and incredibly snobby. She makes comments if you have children with you (we cant always get childcare) but of course not directly to you. She mutters it under her breath. She also only offers drinks to her customers not the ones for the girls that rent from her and have their own clients. She has terrible customer service and an even worse attitude. I stopped going there because she makes you feel unwelcome

I was really upset after spending $167.00 for hair and makeup for a wedding. My face turned out completely pale in every picture, not matching the rest of my skin tone. I have a dark tone to my skin and it was made white. I asked about it and was assured that it was just the lighting in the salon. Then my hair fell out of the updo and curls fell just after the ceremony.

Delilah's work is the best in the city. She is very knowledgeable about the science behind hair color, which makes her great at color correction. She takes care to ensure the quality of her work at all times. The salon is always clean and comfortable. I have always had a positive experience with her and have been recommending her as a hair artist for years.

Such a cute spot! Ahlissa helped me feel pampered with soft care. I would recommend asking for a cuticle softener prior to pushing them back but overall was great nail care. The pedicure was awesome! Didn't have a lamp to solidify the nail polish before leaving so I messed one up a little getting into the car. Otherwise, I left feeling like my money was well spent.

I called to see about an appointment at noon. At first I was told no but then came on the phone and offered an appointment at 2:30. At around two I got an updated appointment time and only was off by 15 min. The good thing is that I wasn't waiting around. Everyone was super pleasant and Prisma Ruiz was my hairArtist. She asked me a few questions about my hair and what I wanted. super professional. I would highly recommend her services!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ve gotten haircuts, extensions removal, color, blow drys, makeup & facials. Delilah and her team are amazing! Everyone is very friendly. The customer service is always on point and you always feel welcomed. They accept walk ins but I would recommend for you to make an appointment so that you won’t have to wait.

I had my bridal makeup and hair done here, along with my mom and sister. My daughter also got her hair done. We were all extremely happy and I would definitely recommend not just for bridal, but their other services look great. Can’t wait to go back! The service was excellent ! The women were friendly and polite from the receptionist to the manicurist. I called to make a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate both my friend and I. They did an awesome job on our shellac manicure . The space was well put together and very clean they disinfect thoroughly. I highly recommend !

The staff at the Beauty Bar are all wonderful. I started getting my hair done with Dee and finally realized I hadn't ever had a decent hair cut or dye up till I met her. She's very helpful and always made me feel like a million bucks after every visit! I highly recommend her as well as the esthetician Lorena! She's amazing!

The pedicure was pretty good and the pedicurist was very nice but I'm not sure if it is because it was clear we were tourists or not, but I felt totally taken advantage of. The menu stated pedicures were 35 or luxe for 45. I asked for a pedicure and then was charged 45. I mentioned that unless we state otherwise they shouldn't assume we want a luxe treatment. The woman checking me out said she didn't know the menu said that and that all pedicures are 45, which seems like a blatant lie. I told her that was the most expensive pedicure I have ever had and I'm from a large city

I had some time in-between classes at UTEP and really needed a mani BAD. I figured since I was there, I might as well get a mani too since I was graduating and this was my Mother's Day and Graduation treat to myself. I searched for salons near the campus and this one had great reviews. I walked and luckily, someone had cancelled their mani/pedi appointment that morning so they took me in right away. Allie did a phenomenal job with my hair. I have an undercut style and have very thick hair. This was my first time with Allie. Some simple instructions and 20 minutes later, she was done. Amazing work.
I'm sad to only have found out about this place prior to me moving out of town.
