Dr. Kaminar comes from a family of doctors so helping others is a great passion of hers. Her grandfather studied medicine at NYU in the 1920s and both of her parents, as well as her sister, are medical doctors.
After receiving her M.D. Degree from Latvia's School of Medicine in 1984, Dr. Kaminar decided to follow her grandfather's footsteps by completing her training for a D.D.S. Degree from the New York University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1993.Her career is a combination of care, dedication and unsurpassed professionalism.

My sister recommended me TK Dental a few months ago. I'm so happy I took her advice. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and smells fresh. Everyone from the staff in front desk to the doctors is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Dr. Kaminar is very knowledgeable and professional. I'm vegan which can have a negative impact on my oral health. Dr. Kaminar spent a lot of time answering any question I had. She gave me tips on how to protect my teeth and gums while adhering to a vegan diet. She is definitely big on preventative care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaminar’s for many years. She is a great, caring, and gentle dentist. She always makes my appointments pleasant and calms my fears. Vicky the hygienist is the absolute best! I recently started bringing my 2 year old here and the entire office was so patient and accommodating.

I've been a patient for some years now. I found "my" favorite dentist with Dr. Kaminar. Staff is nice and facility is clean, modern, tasteful. Wait time is never long. She is a good lady, she cares. Also takes varied insurances, that's including Medicaid based, to me, that's quite honorable to do since she really doesn't need to, where most dentists don't. She is far from a dental snob and isn't trying to push and upsell services and things such as implants and the like, which is what seems most do these days, those are all about sales and mainly selling

Dr. Kaminar is a wonderful dentist. She is kind, experienced, honest, warm, prompt, and professional. Whether it is a simple cleaning or a filling, she is patient and thorough. While some people may dislike going to the dentist in general, it’s always a pleasant experience going to see Dr. Kaminar. She’s amazing with my 16 month old son, too! Dr. Kaminar also has really amazing nurses working with her. I highly recommend this practice!

I dont know if it fair to give 1 star but this is what happened. After reading reviews on facebook had to make an appointment . They told me I have to call back in 2 months to get an appointment. I did. Appointment was in 2-3 weeks. I see the doctor and I was pleased with her being she saw where the problem was and what need it be done. I made another appointment. On my way there I had to call the office and no answer/. Thought they were closed. Finally they did. I get there they took x-rays and she took impression and then started giving me advice where to go and have this work done. Insurance
